Found them. Will try out this business again when I get locked out.
I called for help after getting locked out getting into my home. Girl on the phone was professional, kind, and helpful. Said it would take 30 minutes before tech could come out to me, but tech would call me to introduce himself and then be on his way. Said it could be a service telephone, and $29-$90 further based on what it took to enter the door. 20 minutes after I discovered a key and called back to say I did not need help . I had been put on hold; the manager explained that the tech was around the corner in my house and came on. Because he had been dispatched, I needed to pay the service call fee. I can understand that. I resisted, saying as an introduction as promised or that I never received a call was on his way. Price given on the phone was 39. Supervisor explained $39 because lock wasn't opened I was charged full price, although was a discount given when services were finished. I said never heard some of this on the phone when phoning. Sounded a bit fishy -- I wonder if many men and women cancel help within the first 30 minutes due to the fact that they find a means in. I resisted, and manager agreed to take price back down to $39.

They are pulling on this scam in Fullerton. WD40, a secret and a bang for 5-mins total price $150. Different than quoted and a scam! Do not use these guys at all. Find or utilize AAA.
