Eventually after of his demands and left without a reason to drop back on his sentence of a man because he promised to refund my money he simply ignored my phone calls and my messages.
Clearly the guy has trust issues with his customers, I am sure customers have tried to con him that clarifies his paranoia, but it is very obvious I am not that guy. This would have never got to the when he said, but Mario set himself up for a battle:
Save your money and call somebody else! Mario Guerra is NOT a man of his associate Enrique & his word didn't finish the job to perform so as to attempt to sell me on their water janitorial support that is expensive.
They utilize BAIT & SWITCH SALES TACTICS****
He wanted a receipt from the rooter who asked for a receipt for his job that afternoon and accomplished what they could not, I know not problem, I phoned my rooter back and sent it to Mario.
Mario Guerra has tried to remove this post in a bid to conceal his deceiving tactics from being EXPOSED. Yesterday, this review was posted, and shortly after posting it Mario decides to telephone me immediately. He was very unprofessional now accusing me of lying and wanted to understand how I obtained a reception, I informed him I had to telephone the Plumber back and request him to supply me with one for his services, which the plumber promptly sent me through email. Mario then continued calling me a liar that no such email maintained the receipt was made by me and exists, I forwarded the email to him that has a time stamp. Then Mario offers to refund me placed an ultimatum. He said if my pipes were not clear I would have to give him $200., I counter-offered with putting $500 both manners, to him when my drain is clogged and to me personally if he sees my drain unclogged. He declined and moved back to accusing me and asked that I remove the inspection, when I told him I wouldn't remove it he wrapped up and went to yelp for help. It was removed because of it being duplicated Since the same review was posted by me on his yelp webpages.
I phoned Mario back on his sentence of a man to repay me if my rooter guy was able to finish their work. Mario immediately started with the barriers to avert a refund, stated he wanted proof, I know I asked him see that the pipes are now free and clear and to bring his camera.
Receipts aren't cared for by me, I care for your task being done for what they're being paid to perform. The results speak for themselves, Guerra Plumbing arrived to a sewer drain, left a quotation and a clogged sewer drain to me for hydro jetting and a quotation for pipe bursting trench-less method. Rob White left me with a drain that was cleared and came to a clogged drain.
I had to call a true rooter with the honest and appropriate rooting experience to get the work done.

Great service! I had a problem with my Toto bathroom. Because the interior piece that held it up the handle fell off. I took a photo and sent it to him, and he knew that the part where to get it and required to be special ordered. Desired me to try and purchase it myself and that I had no idea how to go about doing it. It was ordered by them for me, installed it in less than 10 minutes and it works.

Shysters. Came out to access our plumbing issue, said he had to do some camera inspection, but failed to mention it'd cost $200. Then he gave us a close to $4,000.00 quote and stated there was no guarantee the work could solve the matter. We paid him for the camera inspection and called another plumber who assured us the proposed four thousand dollar plan of the guy made absolutely no sense , he was trying to gouge us.

I am not a plumber so I don't know whether the technician from Guerra Plumbing must have assessed where the roots were coming from. But the 2 options given us when he was here-run a large snake which risks puncturing the drain line or substituting the drain didn't seem adequate.
Mario did call me in regards to the service problems, which I thought was a professional thing. He offered to refund the service fee. Rather, I told him we intend to use him again and we would see what happens next moment.
I called a rooter service I had used in the 14, the following day. While there was, in fact, root intrusion, the technician discovered the roots came in from the opening in which the drain line sparks to the street. They pulled the roots out and snaked the drain which makes it clear and free.
I called Guerra Plumbing based Yelp testimonials to clear a deck drain. We were told by the technician that movie inspection suggested that there was root intrusion without even using a larger snake, which he couldn't clear the drain. A snake that was larger ran the possibility of puncturing. He also gave a quote to replace the drain pipe of $ 5200, with no work to us. We paid him $125 while we thought about it.

The guerra service was named by me because I had a clogged sink. They were able to send a plumber day and that he managed to correct the sink day also. His name was Albert and that he was genuine and considerate. I love the fast and friendly service.thank you!

Guerra Plumbing ... FIVE STARS AND THREE THUMBS UP!!!!!Needless to say, both of these experiences created a significant trust issue, and we needed something quickly, and done. Discouraged and thoroughly stressed, I scoured the internet for days I watched Guerra Plumbing's five-star ratings for honesty AND work. I called and talked with Mario. He and his dad (family business) came out early the following morning and, with both working on the circumstance, had the sink problem cared for before noon.
His dad and both Mario are service oriented, courteous, committed and highly efficient . They do work that is clean, are professional and also made the process not as stressful for us. And they gave us a person to trust once we need services. I would highly recommend Guerra Plumbing, in a heartbeat!!!
Contracting some other home, and with electric, plumbing repair solutions is often stressful because of the trust factor, finding someone who will do the job they say they do it well, and will.

We've been through several plumbers. The very first jerryrigged something, that started leaking as they left, then proceeded back up in a month. The plumber took aside the jerryrigged pipes, stated the entire sink needed to be replaced, billed us and left all of the pipe parts in the sink.

I phoned Guerra plumbing now, I had a crisis with my bathroom, I phoned up because of their yelp testimonials and talked with mario. He explained they were planning to come a quarter hour in, true to word they came and we're proficient and extremely professional. They got the job done within a reasonable time. I was impressed by how they took care of my needs but got to job so that I would not be late to school, done. I will be promoting Guerra plumbing and will be calling them for any pipes need that I have.

Enrique was out a couple of hours after I predicted. Didn't expect him to be prompt. Absolutely excellent customer service. Enrique was excellent about explaining the source of my problem (clogged kitchen sink), the temporary solution (the snake pulled out some origins ), and the long-term solution (hydro-jetta somethingoranother). He was pushy about extra services; he cleared the drain came out, made his proposal, and was about about his company. Very courteous dude. I'll definitely be calling them .

I had a clog I'm my kitchen sink. It caused my kitchen to odor and garbage disposal to not work. Along with my own dishwasher. I read the testimonials and decided to give them a phone. I am so glad I called. Albert came the exact same day I predicted. He did quick and clean job (which I value since it was my day off). Service is cheap and very considerate.

When it comes to technicians and mechanics its work. Guerra Plumbing includes all three and they add great prices too. I have called on these guys for both residential and commercial work and they are strong. Mario will treat you!

I recently called Guerra Plumbing to substitute a drain and I was not disappointed! They were able to provide me a couple choices to fit my budget and came out to my house right away. The work they did was great and they even went the excess mile to mend issues that are additional . They were friendly, clean, and fast. And I really like their fashionable twist on the vintage plumber fashion. I would recommend Guerra Plumbing to anybody. Great organization if you are in NELA to confirm.

We having major plumbing problems and gave a telephone to them. They where sooooo CLEAN and professional and fine! They explained step by step what they showed us exactly what the difficulty was and where doing and took care of the problem. The cared for it and we haven't had any problems. Their prices are reasonable after all the work they had to put in. If needed, we will definately call them back.

I definitely will not suggest Guerra. He quoted me $ 3700 although I wanted to try a neighborhood guy. In addition, he lied to me on solutions to fix my escape.

Guerra Plumbing is friendly, reasonable, and reliable. They were able to repair. It's been a year now and no issues have been caused by the pipe. They used art technology to break down the corrosion and after that they assessed the pipes using a camera. The price was surprisingly reasonable.
