I'm glad I did, although I saw the one star was slightly hesitant to hire them and reviews.
I recommend Hall's Safe Lock & Alarm.
Hall's was hired by me with one day's notice and they could accommodate me. Francis and I arrived and met in the precise time we consented. He is passionate about his job, competent, and friendly and doing it well. He managed the job with ease and skill.
I will hire them again when I need a locksmith about Vallejo and had a great encounter.

Knowledgeable and Fair. Says what he'll do, and does what he says. Was also able to make duplicates of specialization keys which aren't common at the primary hardware stores.

I had to change the locks and just moved into my new house. So I asked around to get a locksmith company that is fantastic, I'm new to the area. I had been referred to Hall's and I could not be happier. They were prompt and professional. Was really nice and I felt good. Hall's would be recommended by me to my friends.

I needed to get a rekeyed. His shop is now closed on Saturdays, but he met with me at the shop anyway. As promised and his cost was put on. I am extremely satisfied.

At 3pm per day ago searching for someone to aid for another morning at 9am with an eviction in Vallejo, I predicted. I did a quick Google search wasn't available. Hall's was that the call and they were available, thank god. They showed up on time and the locksmith (I didn't get his name) was very friendly and guided me through the procedure. He was a man that is nice and the rates were excellent for last minute, particularly for the ceremony. Highly recommended!

November 2018. The representative did not appear for appointments or call to reschedule. Twice, within a two day period. We called and waited the company where the representative was, to discover and the customer service said they didn't understand where the representative hung up and was. This is not. Previously this place gave great service. Regrettably, we can not recommend this establishment. Go somewhere else in the event that you want results or service. 0 stars

Additionally, they stated I chance to bring my husband and they would give me a ride home and they promised they could give a ride home to 1 man. Didn't Ed tell me this in the first place? A total absence of communication and an"hot head" He also lost his temper with me. Stay far away from here! You will be sorry if you're doing business with them!
Stay far from this place. Like my husband the employee is a hot-head! They wasted my time and I brought my van there 3 times to get the lock and kept telling me to return!
They understand nothing of locks although they may be good with dwelling locks! Stay far from this place. They wasted my time that's more valuable than my money in this opinion.
They claim(Jim and Ed) that they are the sole lock smith in the city! Don't think it! I found out about Old Capitol Locksmith in Benicia!

My key broke in my padlock which was hooked on my uhaul truck that I was supposed to return in 20mins. Hadn't unloaded anything and did not have another crucial....PANIC... Found these guys and they made a copy of my broken crucial in under 5 mins! Everything worked out great! Thanks even gave me advice on how to prevent this.

First time I went there the man said he'd call me back if he could discover a blank an old motor bicycle. Never heard from him. Secondly visit they made two keys and the cost was $ 8 gave him a charge card and I did not have enough cash. He advised me that he'd charge an .50 cents. No big deal but for the .25 it was going to cost him I would have let it go if I had been him.
So not a huge deal but I am not going back due to the attitude expressed in three visits. When people come in, they will need to exhibit a more cheerful gratitude.
Third time I believed I had a second chip key. It was going to be $95 that is cheaper than dealer. I had forgotten I had another secret under the bumper but since I had called I went anyway with the intention of obtaining a secret. He wanted $45 since I knew I might get two for $25 on EBay but I declined. He got a a bit indignant"have fun" and said he'd charge $25 to cut it. Lowes cut it to me and also I was not charged by the woman.

Door handle into my residence. Went into the shop and got a lock. They rekeyed the lock into my previous key. Fast service and very professional. I will come back for keys. Thanks guys!

Saved my life! I was in Portland and my mother locked herself out of the house. I called Mr Hall and he had my mother in the house in half an hour!

I am so grateful for Jim the proprietor of this provider. He left the impossible. My fiancee lost the secret to chevy dealership and his impala left the copy that was vital incorrect and Jim did his magical. In the end of the entire thing Jim got the secret to work!! Because he did not quit, I am so grateful to him and we can get our auto house. This company tries because his job is put in by Jim

I was needing a locksmith, which could cut two or three motorcycle keys ( I purchased blanks from Vallejo Kawasaki). Hall's came for me, quickly, professionally and moderately priced. I truly appreciated their service. 5 out of 5 stars. Thanks

Looked for a locksmith for two weeks and finally found this one! He a specialist that is lock! My office had a hand And they work!! Although it was a small challenge. . .The locksmith did not overcharge me complain that it was not difficult. . .The other areas I'd gone pointed me in a different direction!! and took one quick glance I will return for

Very substandard service and communication level.
Spoke to service and Jim two weeks. Called the day before to confirm, as instructed by Jim and Jim stated he'd rescheduled tasks over our timeslot and to call back to set something else up. After voicemails and texts, no reply was received.

Second appt with Hall's on updating our house safety, for a quote. I wanted to really go all in but needed a review. I was somewhat leery after they no showed on the appt but everybody has stuff happen and gave it another chance. Made it 9 days ahead of time and touched base with them the day before to confirm. Day of I am working lose track of time and on projects waiting to show up outside my house. An hour appt I go inside to find a message from Hall's"Do you still want me to come by for the quote --call us to confirm." HUH? They didn't pickup although I called them to learn what the deal was and they didn't call back. Poor communicating with a local business I would have chosen to encourage a few company over. I'll search for someone else now and recommend that these men are not called by any one as they don't care about their customers.

Wonderful service! The service provided was exceptional and very professional, although I requested a replica of 2 keys to be produced. He was courteous and very prompt (I wish I caught his name). I will certainly return if needed and recommend this establishment.

My back was not opening and Jim agreed to see me. I took my car into his shop and he got it fixed very quickly. He was extremely helpful and you could tell he knew his stuff! Do not charge an arm and a leg
