I transferred out of El Salvador to New York in 1989 for a much better future for my loved ones, and for my own business. After 11 years I realized that I had to reside at a spot that expands, so my company will, too. I moved from New York to Nashville to begin my self- employment. Which was first launched as a leading brand in car security integration, Residential, industrial and Locksmith. The business started serving Nashville, after settling in this city, costumer base was also growing. In the subsequent year, the business that was doing locksmith, climbed into system car keys and repairs, and ignition locks. As innovators and entrepreneurs, we transferred to Antioch a couple years after. I found it better since it is a quicker way to reach my costumers to live there.

In doing business with this company BEWARE. In the event you choose to call them, be sure to receive ALL prices upfront and in writing until they start ANY work. I expected to pay a higher fee because I called on a Sunday afternoon but didn't expect to pay for to my home. They'll tell you they bill 19.00 to come out and then 30 dollars to start - that is going to be no where near the amount you will be charged. I had been charged 19.00 for the excursion 179.00 to run the lock (actual time spent on drill and set up lock was 1 hour 10min) and yet another 179.00 for a no-name dead bolt that can be bought at Home Depot for 16.95 to 40.00 (for a high end Baldwin lock). I was shocked in the bill but compensated for the service in the time (the technician was professional and did perform the job ) and figured I would address it with the company that the following morning when the office had been open. I sought a partial refund and conveyed for complaints tht there must have been a misunderstanding given that the fees via the email address I had been granted. I waited three days for a response that never came and finally called the office backagain. It had been explained to me from the managing dispatcher that (in her words)"you should not have paid the technician if you believed it was too much, you ought to have contended the price together in the time rather than paid if you believed it was too high but you compensated for the fees so you consented to them and we're certainly not going to repay some of it". Apparently I have to have been dishonest myself rather than paid the technician whatsoever!?!?!? (head shake). . So much for trying to do the right thing (cover the service) and work it out together with the management.... I just asked for a partial refund on the fees rather than a'freebie'. However, was just made to feel as though it was bad judgment on my part to pay the bill in the first place... My experience with this company leaves me feeling that honesty and customer satisfaction aren't a priority. Instead, I tried to report the incident to BBB to rescue others this annoyance but they aren't enrolled and without a street address or owner can not be located for followup....so be more intelligent than I - BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
