I took him up on the offer and also the technicians were in my place in less than an hour. I got once the technician was on his way and text messages updates confirming my appointment. Awesome! Joel arrived and cleared both bathtub and my sink in a quick time. He is obviously very knowledgeable. I have hired plumbers before after there was a job completed, and no one cleaned up. Both guys were very polite too. This was amazingly reasonably priced although we know plumbing could be costly. Thank you Jake and Joel (along with another young guy too ) haha.
