Per my request did the smoke test simply to make certain there were not any other areas.
Had a sewer smell coming from the bedroom, Joe was able to find the matter in about WITHOUT a smoke test. Turns out ran up the pipe where it shoulda been.

Lucky that I got his knowlegable, Joe,friendly, and gave me options to my plumbing scenario.
Everyone I talked to were really professional, friendly and knowledgable.

Harvey and his crew are a good go to if u do not have the time or resources to get the job done. I personally never had them do a job but've been pleased.

We counted to detect a pipe leak in our bathroom sink but they didn't deliver. The guy who came reattached the pipe and said everything was back in use. The day after I turned on the faucet from the sink, my own bathroom wrapped. I made an emergency called to them at 6pm and after explaining the situation the very first answer I heard from the woman who answered the telephone is"if it is not associated we're gonna charge $95 an hour to fix". !??? We were not expert so we counted to detect the problem and called you guys. Please keep in mind when doing business pls do mention cash. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!!!

We needed some gentle pipes done in our kitchen: install kitchen sink plumbing, install dishwasher, and put in a water line. The majority of the work done was good quality but overall we won't use them . They quoted us around $400 that I thought was a little high to start with for the jobs we needed but that has been based off of approximately 4 hours of work and we agreed. So 5 hours go by and just the sink and dishwasher and are all done. . .except the faucet was installed incorrect and the sink was not caulked and he left a mess in the kitchen with a leaky bucket of dirty water. We just asked him to leave at the point because I was not pleased with how long it was taking (they bill hourly). We sealed it ourselves and ended up fixing the faucet. Wehave done 90% of our house reno jobs and 're pretty easy ourselves but hoped to just pay professionals to get this done. Oh well. Looks like the water line we'll be running to the fridge.
Since the plumber took some components we had and compensated for with 22, update: was 3 stars, currently 2. He even took a braided water line to the fridge (he didn't do any work on the fridge) and he required a rubber gasket to the tap. When I bought them these components came with fridge and the faucet.

I'm pretty pleased with this whole experience. The appointment scheduling, to the guaranteed notification heading toward their service and our home technician Leo.
Granted my occupation was a really unusual one and that I anticipated what came out, would be reading the R&R instructions on this one. The solenoid at kitchen faucet was"ghosting".
I could have done this task myself but as of all of the other things happening below this sink, it looked like heart surgery! (look at the pic! The reddish labeled unit needed to become R&R.) Pipes is the trade I'll hire above. I HATE PLUMBING and also much could proceed"WONG" under this sink!
So no fault of Harvey Baker Plumbing.
And yes, when the base unit come , we will probably be calling them back to R&R the base unit.

Done in less 25 moments Leo had time to call the Delta service line to diagnose a red light index vs. The blue light seen at the base of the faucet. Turns out Delta needed to replace the base unit.

I stopped at the phone call. I asked how much it is to have someone come out and look at my water heater and called. They stated 142.50... I said thank you and have a superb day! That's ridiculous! I had someone come out and do a job for $54!

Couldn't even get past the telephone call. . .they said there would be an 85.00 trip charge because I'm out of their area. I do it. I asked for a recommendation of someone in my area and the answer was wonderful:"We don't of any." Next.

I phoned Harvey Baker Plumbing on a flow and they were able to make an appt for the next moment. Omar detected a flow and came out. He gave me the number into a leak detection business. I phoned them and they were able to come out. I called back and spoke with Carrie, once the leak was found and she was able to have someone come back after hours. Omar fixed the leak and showed up at 5. I was so Delighted with the service from Carrie and Omar. I will be calling them for all of of my plumbing requirements.

Called with a query about a hybrid water heater setup and got excellent advice from Harvey himself. I'd like to $500 and it was obvious that I dealt with an honest guy. I'll be utilizing Harvey Baker Plumbing whenever possible from here on out. Thank you!

Fast, friendly and effective service. We called the day before and they were able to get us. They call before they come and have a super time of arrival - always great! They gave me a price on the telephone and it actually ended up being less cash for that which was serviced - another triumph! The plumber checked some other plumbing in our house in addition and was great. I'd certainly use them for our plumbing demands and would recommend them to others!

No water must be on the grout while it dries. Its Sunday, everything below the vanity is moist and it was assumed to be dry until Friday plumber left Thursday, in the least am. It was soaked through the dressing table. No mention of buying a vanity of course! Joe, the manager comes. It wasnt tightened he states but it is now, he thinks its fine so I ask, will it flow again? It may expand. Why didnt the other guy until I asked tell me you or that? Shouldnt I fix this to prevent leaks? Crickets from Joe, he stared. Maybe they dont want a big job, possibly the Chris dude didnt understand, I sure dont trust people who do the bare minimum and leave when I likely need new plumbing in wall and nobody told me, how do I know outside of a disaster? Imagine if its leaking in wall?
Joe didnt seem below the toilet to test Chris's work. He didnt seem below this vanity's ground, though I stated check to see whether mistakes were made by him like this. Wouldnt it make sense because this occurred to check the other work? He didnt. The contractor said so Joe said the flooring may not be flat with the toilet the plumber fought and put 3 wax rings beneath the toilet - the contractor just did the flooring so yes, its level. He said its not , I came because you sounded mad, that wouldnt be? When it had more work, then you should have told meput it together, leave and then it escapes days on Thursday! It might have leaked on my grout and ruined it. If its leaking its okay, he said its on tile - maybe not if the grout wasnt I dont know whether its okay since he didnt move the dressing table.
Horrible supervisor, dreadful second plumber (initial plumber has been great).
Called them to possess vanity and toilet removed later. They send this guy Chris out that shows up overly nice, says its a two hour job and builder pushes out him . He returns next time to put it back and I sign saying dont run the clock1 hour please, manager says hes slow but Ill try to get him going, they bill me for longer, whatever, Ill just use someone else next time but no, they screwed up. Great!

Had a connection on my kitchen sink. Omar arrived and fixed it quickly, so I had him fix a few items in the home. He was honest and effective...I will certainly ask for him again!

Mr. Harvery came our house the next day we called & gave us a estimate that was very great. We were thinking it'd be a job but turned out be not much. His team is extremely knowledgable & quick. One of these was amazing & truely a hardworker. This is a first flip residence & I'll be contacting Mr. Harvery as our main Plumber. He earned our devotion & wait too work with his team

Harvey Baker Plumbing is AWESOME! We had a leak on a Saturday night they arrived and so all 28 units were from water and fixed it! It was a BIG JOB and they never hesitated! Gave a no to us and Harvey Baker said YES! Leonardo the technician was super optimistic and nice and most of us here at Maitland House are SO THANKFUL!

Professional and in Time! We requested an appointment to substitute 2 bathrooms in our home. Before to notify they were on their way, they came on time and even called. The tasks were done in a timely manner and the two technicians were helpful and nice. I wouldn't hesitate to call them 17, When we have another plumbing issue in the future.

Highly recommended, prompt - professional - honest. You can not go wrong!

I had a water leak that was sending my invoice thru the roof. There was no way. The issue was diagnosed. I call to do my job while I hope I never have to call a plumber if ever necessary Harvey Baker will be the company.
