Dell was helpful, able to squeeze me with only a 2 hour watch for my house. He was incredibly friendly and completed all of 5 locks (3 being different from one another) in less than one hour even though one doorknob needing to me completely redone and us perhaps not even having an present key for one of them. His work was impeded by different folks going in and out of their doors making it more striking. I truly appreciate how he had been about the pros and cons of changing of the locks versus keeping a few different into a key, such as the costs.
He was super easy to cover the bill to and provided lots of other helpful security tips. I strongly advocate Hero Lock Services.
You know those sort of days when everything seems to be going wrong, it is really nice to know the right folks to come save you. Is there an option for over FIVE stars?? I contacted Hero Lock Services into re-key all the locks. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day! The tech was ON TIME (overcome me ) and SUPER NICE. trying change what was previously requested personally or to upsale me my choices were explained. The job was completed. 8 locks in about one hour. ALL locks work and I don't need to determine which key goes . I will definitely suggest Hero Lock Services. And plan to contact them later on to get my entry install.
