High 5 Plumbing

I used this company to repair a leaking water line in my bathroom.Sean is the sole reason I'm giving them a 5 star review.They have a $49 excursion charge that they apply to this repair if done this day.So there is not any free quotes as I have seen posted.I called around and no pipes companies seem to provide free quotes anymore although many are a good deal more economical. The broken pipe was partially exposed beneath the sink however, the hole needed to be opened about 6 inches.No problem I thought,$175.00 to cut just a tiny drywall. It took me around 15 minutes using a razor blade to acquire that done.As my luck usually goes the drains were beginning to plug so I thought I would have the drain cleaned outside while Sean was here.Ah I do not think so!I haven't heard of a company charging $300 to clear a secondary drain.Their pricing is 1 celebrity and Sean gave them the other four.I can do more research next time.We aren't all millionaires.

Steven was very agreeable and courteous and made what appears to be a repair, but not produced this a fantastic experience. This was a really straightforward job - substituting a marriage (a link ) in a really accessible exterior gas line - which took less than an hour, but the"discounted" $457 price was completely out-of-line for the scope of the work; you can be certain that for that reason we will never use, nor recommend High Five later on. Furthermore, Steven's truck didn't have the tools needed to do this job that is simple, and that I had to give him two pipe wrenches so the work could be performed by him; what type of plumbing company does not have PIPE WRENCHES on its trucks??? Perhaps I need to bill High Five a crazy amount of money for the usage of my resources, to bring the total cost down to something reasonable...

$500 plus to mend leaking toilet. Almost $600 each for two side by side rentals to substitute valves. Can I mention $160 to expand/cut a piece a Sheetrock to place in valve. Did I mention they put the valve and had to do it again. Did I mention because they put the valve in the wrong location, they turned down the temp in the hot water heater. Renters complained about the lack of hot water. I travel for work and I needed somebody to deal with this. As they needed to substitute two valves in separate units that are 25 foot 20, I asked for a discount. They refused. Never again. Stay away. Rich

This company rocks! Josh is an technician, he's expedient, he's efficient, and he gets the job done to buy more. Have had them outside and their prices are reasonable. Will call them .

The technology went out the following day which was great but the price was more than double the quotes we obtained. They attempted to tack on additional work that was not requested for or required. Great they got there following day, but the price quoted was much greater than everyone else.

High 5 Plumbing is a business to bookmark. Top 5 is the who you should telephone when you need plumbing help. Denver is a costly place to live, having to call to receive your hot water heater fixed is from. Thankfully after reading opinions and looking at several reviews I decided to trust Top 5 to help us. I was looking for honest and fair remedy to revive hot water. High 5 plumbing did exactly what they said they'd do, was not only honest and fair but individual and conveyed at every step along the process. HIGH 5 IS 5 OUT OF 5 STARS

Not only was the trip scheduled by them, but they called to let me know when Jordan was on his way. He found the origin of the flooding water, called right away to tell me what the problem came from. Since I wasn't there in-person to give my credit card info or a check to Jordan Along with payment was processed by the office over the telephone.
A large high five to Jordan and Emily in High 5 plumbing. They made arrangements to get a plumber to escape out for my house within a couple of hours and answered my hectic call. That was good, because there was water flooding my basement while I was out of the town. Not great!
We are still in the process of moving through all that jazz and insurance claims now, but High 5 has been useful along the way.
Do you know how hard it is to find a fantastic plumber? I hope no one reading this has to learn!

Great service. Although a high end provider, however, quality all the way. Prompt, courteous, very professional and knowledgeable.

Scheduled an appointment through Yelp with Levi and nobody ever predicted or even showed. I left work early to sit for two hours for no reason. I'll be using somebody else's services.

High5 Plumbing did an outstanding job once I had a few items substituted in my master bath. The tech Jeff was answered my questions if he was finished with the work and considerate, efficient.
Jeff helped me save money by explaining the advantage of purchasing just two tubs of Bio-Clean at once, which is excellent for my drains throughout my city home. This item is a lot safer and better than Drano or other highly poisonous and possibly damaging substances to eliminate clogs, etc..
My membership in the discount program that is High5 saves me to their services as well as other businesses they partner with. Be certain to ask whoever you talk with about it since it will surely save you money over the course of a year.
Among the employees called me the day following to guarantee everything went well. This is excellent will definitely make me want to use High5 again and again later on and followup.

Fantastic service. You definitely get your money's worth, although Somewhat expensive is the one thing I can say. Professional and on-time. They did a fantastic job with installing their valves and a waterline and stretching the petrol pipe. The following day they even offered aid set up the gas drier (since who delivered it didn't which was not expected ) which was not part of the initial job.

High 5 did a fantastic job. They worked on my program that was helpful. Their tech was very friendly, professional, prompt, and educated. I will use High 5 Plumbing again, and I highly recommend this firm to anyone needing specialist plumbing.

Daniel was great, he even took his time analyzing the issue, then walked through in detail the issue and solution. He provided 3 options to resolve the issue and did put any pressure for me to decide. The dispatcher was great, friendly and helpful with some other questions and scheduling I had. They could get us scheduled off and communicated if there wasn't any status change.

Wonderful folks, and prompt support. I would recommend these plumbers. If you're spending a penny definitely consider registering as a member, it's certainly well worth it. Thanks so much for everything that you do!

$800 for less than $100 of components and 30 min of labor. Their software does not allow for grouping"jobs" and working with the client on site to provide reasonably costed support. They try to explain their high costs by saying there's a 2yr guarantee. I won't make this mistake. Call a local guy and support working plumbers who don't milk their clientele for every last penny

This business gives fees and quotes by the job, not the hour. I'd Mike come to my house to provide a free estimate for a back. Mike arrived within the time period and also had booties! The last plumber (Tipping Hat) didn't have some booties.
He was not able to re-perform the backup but he suggested a jug of Bio Clean that was $50. It was supplied by the plumber that was last for $148. Mike told me I just needed some Teflon tape to fix it and looked at a shower head flow. The plumber that was last said I had the unit. I had another potential leak and I was told by Mike maybe a part of the cast iron at the crawl space required to be replaced. The last plumber told me that the whole entire cast iron device required to be replaced. The only thing Mike didn't do that the plumber did was go in the crawl space. He would be 118 and explained that part was not free.
Anyway, it feels like Mike was a fair plumber not wanting to rip me off! I didn't understand just how much of a crook the company was until Mike and I spoke! I hate shopping but I'm very thankful I did. I will certainly call Mike at High 5 for my plumbing needs (hopefully I don't have more...).

Got day support which was required as my kitchen faucet sprung a pretty good size escape. Jason had the problem figured out and came. He had a replacement in his automobile, but I needed something a little fancier so he waited to run to Home Depot and find the one I needed. Jason was quite friendly educated showed me the way to keep it operating and was great with the puppy!

Josh M did a great job! Showed up on time, completed and gave a great visit.

Never ever let these men be your quote. You WILL overpay even for yelp. I feel bad for your grannies you men must scam.
The overpriced quotation I've ever gotten from a service tech. Wasted for him to provide me a 1800 quote. Got it completed for the 500 in the rival, fixed several more escapes and passed inspection. May have gotten it cheaper still if it was hard up.
