Hill's Bros Lock & Safe

My AmSafe lost all power. They were so helpful and obtained my safe open and saved me tens of thousands of dollars. I highly recommend this business. In addition to the store/shop is super trendy with tons of reduction and handles and pulls.
This really is a first class all inclusive Locksmith/Safe Store.

Friendly service with costs Plenty if parking in the back! Neat shop.

Special keys created, went. I was happy to be known here. 1 stop store for keys, love fantastic customer services, and their trendy decor. Happy to located my new go to area vs Home Depot or another lock smith about town. "F" wasting time with carrying a 50/50 chance with Home Depot, sometimes they work, sometimes they do not. Being with a bad experience with Home Depot, particularly their client services!

They could come into our office to change the locks. But they charge you another way as soon as the work is finished by them and quote you one way. We clarified what needed to be achieved, sent them model number and the images. Then woman explained it will be compensated by hour and then $80 per hour. We agreed on this over the telephone. But after they finished the work, which took about hour and half, the person changed his mind and said it'll be covered by the amount of locks changed.

Needed to acquire a specialty key made. This place has it no problem! I'd come here because I know the key will work before going to lowes or home depot. Other areas do not have the machines that they have here. There is something to be said about items.

Pop shop and mom lock business. These men are lock"nerds", if you may. I can picture them working on a challenging lock that til 3 am has been turned down by 20 individuals. Ok, I'm not really sure they would do this but that is the vibe I get from them.
Whenever I think of a situation related to safe and locks, I think of them first. We've used them several times and have referred them out too.

I went into a kiosk on Garden Grove to possess some keys copied but they didn't have key's sort that I need. They sent me to Hill's Bros.. They were able to copy the keys that I had in just a couple minutes. The price is reasonable, depending on what type of key you need. The parking lot area feels somewhat sketchy but once inside, everyone is nice and very valuable. I will definitely be back next time I need keys made.

Purchased a used car and it came outside bent key with only 1 old worn.
Came here to find the key replicated and they made me a secret that works 2x better than the key that was first that was outdated. It had been $4 bucks to replicate my car key after I brought in my oem blanks.

Been using this family owned business for 20 decades. Excellent customer support and repair work.

Sharp looking shop. Friendly staff. Old school charm and business. Came in with a twisted and bent tow hitch lock crucial which I broke in half. Stated it'd require 3 weeks to cut replacement lock keys for me. These guys could cut 2 matching keys for me. Keep the change you fancy animals!

So the following day, a guy moved in and helped right away us. He was very friendly and helpful. They took his secret and the whole process took around 10 minutes. It was great to discover a location that could assist us and they were very private. The whole thing cost less than 50$ but I do not recall how much exactly. Definitely worthwhile!
My boyfriend purchased a used car and it did not include a spare key. His secret also had an lock unlock and open truck button. So, he was attempting to make it cut and purchased the vital online. Each of the places near us did not do cuttingedge. I am not sure what the difference is, but apparently not a great deal of people do laser. He decided to call the merchant. They advised him that he could not bring in his own secret; he'd need to buy from them. Keep in mind, he paid 12$ online for his and the dealer wanted to charge him 50$ to get an uncut key. Then to cut it would cost the following 60$ AND THEN they'd need to"program" it to get his car, costing another 50$. Ridiculous.
This place is terrific. The ONLY complaint I have is that parking is awful. But that does not take a celebrity away.
After hunting Yelp, we came around this location. So we decided to call 13, it's somewhat far from us. They were very friendly and answered all our questions.

Amazing service! :-RRB-
Again, amazing customer service. Will come. Thank you guys! :-RRB-)
After getting my keys I was able to call these guys to replace the key to make it function for the doors and ignition!
Even though it was embarassing to think that I had my keys stuck after modifying a set came to the rescue to! (oops)

Great customer service. Solved what Home Depot and Lowe's couldn't. In and out in minutes just for three copies that are key. Highly advised.

Parking here is somewhat tricky. I know there is a small lot behind their construction from Shackleford Lane, although there is limited street accessibility, considering they are right out on the boulevard. I arrived went down the side of the building and westbound down Garden Grove Boulevard and parked behind the Jaguar repair store next shop. As I was in-and-out, they did not appear to mind.
It took a couple minutes, and dropped in to get a key made and I was back. Keys have been, I believe, $2.00. Not only did a secret cut on -- however they also smoothed the advantages of it felt like a secret you've had for years.

Quick quick and effortless replica of my keys! Just $2!!!! Thank you guys I'll definitely be back!

I don't write many reviews, but my time is deserved by HIll's Bros. Our family has been using the Bros for decades of Hill, and they're the very best. Once we introduced the ONLY key to get a classic car we just purchased yesterday, I had been inspired to write this review by our expertise. It had bent, and it barely worked at all. Pete in Hill's Bros kept working on it until we had three copies of the key that could operate in either direction that was flipped. Thank you to the Bros for making it work of Hill. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I took it into the Bros of Hill because I heard they were an lock smith store, although I didn't believe anyone would be able to do much with the laser cut key. I informed them I thought the tumbler was incorrect and I did not have any matching keys. They said instead of pay $500 they recalibrate it and can pop out the directly. I had been going to do so, but lo and behold they managed to receive my key working. Turns out the lock was only old and jammed up. So they cleaned it in about a minute and suddenly it's working.
I've a Mercedes that I purchased some time back. The mechanical keys never seemed to function when the distant ever ceased working, in the door which would be a real problem. Well the distant was becoming old and beat up and it wasn't working very well.
The men at the Bros of Hill seemed helpful and knowledgeable. Anything for the fast fix did not even charge me. They could have taken me by performing the job I assumed I needed. I recommend this store highly which is how it had been recommended to me personally.
It attempted told me the door tumbler had been replaced before I purchased it and the only option was to obtain a tumbler that was new for more than 500.

Made appointment in advance. Serviceman'John' came to my residence to fix a Baldwin front door lockset with vintage Mortise (inner ) mechanism. This device is giving me problems for more than a decade and 43 years old. John discovered spring that was damaged and a inner pin. No spring discovered, but John improvised and manufactured one onsite. Additionally, one of the two screws that hold the mechanism on door was broken in place. The broken screw needed to be removed. The original Baldwin lockset adjusted, was repaired and tested. Restored to ordinary. It's good to have people who are trained, know what they are doing, and do their work. These guys will never be out of work!!

Came here to find a spare key for the son's vehicle. Come to learn the key includes a chip and it would cost. Thank goodness this company have employees that are specialists when it comes to explaining how the chip works. Get the key and I opted to go. I had been told it would take about 20 minutes and the key was completed in 15 minutes. Great customer service. I will be a returning customer.

I have been on two occasions and each time, I obtained the up most amazing customer service. Once I had a question and I had been attended , irrespective of who knew what, it had been replied. Each and every staff member there was respectful and helpful.
