Definitely recommend!
Called Rivers Plumbing at 10:00AM, and were out to my home before noon. Extremely professional. Scott was the technician he was fantastic and I dealt with.
Work seems of average or greater quality and they came the next day (that we didn't need). Cost was a full 33 percent ($200) greater than a quote I got from another highly-reviewed plumbing company recently....we went together with Rivers because my husband purchased a Groupon and we assumed it would wind up being cheaper (and much faster - a bonus, no necessity.) It's our fault we didn't look into the price closely enough/explicitly ask for an estimate prior to service; as they say, we got excited about getting it done tomorrow and took the bait.

The"tech" was quite considerate, explained things clearly, even gave me guidance for fixing simple things myself. He ended up installing a water shutoff valve at the yard and did such a great job, you would have to start looking for the valve. I anticipated mud everywhere, that which I found was a cover plate looking as though it had been there for years and the grass to be lost.
Checked out the BBB and called a couple of organizations. Rivers was the one that may come out"now" but in a couple of hours. If they could rescue me than I'd give them a 5-Star rating.
Fantastic service and nice men and women. We've used Rivers for minor clogs and for important sewer repairs and couldn't be happier.
The plumber did a great job and was nice, however, the firm policy should they have to utilize any of their gear of charging $75 in ADDITION to the service call fee is deceiving in best. He used a wrench to choose the 1/2 in. cap off my faucet and that was enough to warrant the fee. They inform you. It screws on and off, after he left I managed to remove it with only my hands. What a joke.
