We were really satisfied with Gabe. He was EARLY and explained our options. Did a fantastic job of replacing all of the hardware on our front doors. We are pleased and he made us extra keys. Doors look much better using all the knobs and handles!

When my patio cupboard door had me locked out I asked Gabriel for a quotation via Yelp. He got back to me and that I reserved a time. He called me when he was on his way, arrived within the time he gave mefixed my issue and even adjusted my front door lock that I had messed up when shifting my deadbolt! He was very considerate and professional and I would strongly recommend him! I'll use him for any locksmith needs or to make my place more protected as he had said he specializes in this support! Customer support over the phone. I called to inquire about getting duplicate car keys created. They don't, but Gabriel(I believe that was his name) gave me the information to get a lock shop that he recommends. Polite, professional, courteous. This business will be first on my list if I ever need to phone for locksmith services.
Allow me to start off by saying: they did not provide a support to me, but took care of me like I had been a loyal client.

Looking to have a doorstep re keyed however discovered in Gabriel. He not only was personable and prompt, but quite informative. We ended up having of the locks changed into the high safety option he presented. No pressure logic. Price was reasonable! I'll urge him every opportunity I get.

Highly recommend Gabriel! What a joy to have somebody respond the same day (20 minutes after my call), replace a deadbolt, and rekey for me as well as clean up with a vacuum! Not many people wash up after themselves. He was reasonably priced, professional, efficient, and coordinated. He introduced me three choices about how to fix my issue and texted me and some video to describe an option that I'd link. Definitely suggest Gabriel and I'll use him next time.

His pricing was true and moved beyond the scope and fixed an extra lock that he discovered to be sticking!

Gabrielle was gentleman! He was in responding timely and set an appointment to set up a new lock. He came punctually reviewed the scope of work and began work. VERY clean and courteous! Even cleaned up later.

Gabe made it easy to get a quote. He actually arrived early (he texted very first to make sure it was fine!) . He reviewed a variety of choices and really recommended that I go with a few of the choices.

Our door lock abruptly stopped working this weekend. The latch remained locked, although the door knob rotated. Tried to fix itself, but it became apparent this was not a fast fix. Called a couple of locksmiths. He suggested a couple of answers, recognized the problem and gave me a quote right over the telephone.
Gabrielle switched out my door hardware, showed me the issue, arrived on time and also provided me with new keys. 30 minutes from start to finish. Hopefully I won't ever need a locksmith service again, but if I do.... I'll give Gabrielle a call.

Gabriel is considerate and professional. My door lock wasn't working by which is a plus, so I called Gabriel; apt and Easy to reserve. He fixed my lock and changed my deadbolt. Turns out the bolt that was dead I had was quite low quality and easy to break. I definitely feel safer now I have a quality. Gabriel would use his services and is highly capable in his profession. Additionally, I will recommend him to family and friends having a locksmith.
Oh and has been 100% cool with my little yapper being annoying and around and he likes puppies.

Gabriel is fantastic. Super informative and efficient. He even installed a new and deadbolt entrance door lever for us. He came to the rescue, As soon as I locked myself out. Gabriel is that rare combo of being new enough at his firm which he is still totally enthusiastic and real with his client support....and however he has been doing it long enough he's also fantastic at the technical elements of the job. Service was quick, cost was reasonable, although I was a bit out of my depth and had a ton of questions Gabriel dealt with it. Would recommend!!
