Dropped in to get a plunger minute - . More importantly I went in with my dog. The guy at the counter (older guy) was ecstatic to adore her up and give her a treat.

This area definitely feels just like your Grandpa's garage (in a good way!) . I stopped by to have a copy of my keys made. I was greeted instantly, and walked to the trunk. The man who left my keys left the copies and was friendly. He used different metals to help me inform my keys. There were a number of people and a birthday was being celebrated by you. They provided me a piece of cake. Prices were fair, and the keys work nicely. I strongly suggest Imperial for your entire lock and hardware needs.

I scheduled an estimate at my apartment building for an intercom panel replacement. After booking, I explained that I do not reside at the building, but have tenants, so I would need a firm moment. Doug supported on the phone at 4pm Friday our 10:30am Saturday appointment the next morning wih Christian. I waited 10 additional minutes, assuming that they were running , but to no avail. I called twice (left a voicemail after ) - no response. I texted - no response. A complete no show with no follow-up telephone to explain/apologize personally, although I mean, I have had people cancel last minute ? PITIFUL.

Imperial has the cheapest prices I've seen with friendly, common sense services in Chicago. I really did feel as if I was speaking into my grandparents area, and I also signify that in the very best way possible.

I came in here to find some keys. I walked in and it kind of smelled like my grandparents' house, but in the best way possible. It was home-y and warm. Well as home-y and warm a hardware shop. Was very friendly and kind. Prices are also very reasonable.

When he came out to fix our locks doug was courteous and punctual. Because I forgot about a few of the doorways he even waived the service call fee for coming out a 2nd time!

He was quite knowledgeable and did a fantastic job giving suggestions for which locks would be the safest. His abilities and humor are a great combination when you're in a jam and need a locksmith!
He found our location and had been no problem. We took a few minutes to explain the issues we had with our locks and doors all and Doug listened and understood what we were searching for. With the significant problems he gave his recommendations and discussed the different choices.
Doug did a great job helping us out.

I would like to Urge Imperial Lock and Hardware. I had my lock rekeyed all and found the service to be professional and timely. Prices also, were reasonable and work had been completed economically. Doug took a moment to pop the lock. I would not hesitate to urge Imperial to anyone in need of a locksmith.
