To this gentleman. Sorry you were having.
The first time to this place. I called week and they stated they are available. I went to place when it was suppose to be open and it had been shut. I called number on doorway and gentleman answered. If they are going to be open I asked him like I was inconveniencing him, and he seemed. I was advised by him company is closed for the week. There were no signs or anything posted on company advising of the closure. Gentleman advised me to visit Lowe's. I advised him I've done everything and had been told a Locksmith could assist me. Gentleman offered zero support, zero references, nothing to help a possible customer. It appeared more of an inconvenience to him which I called. DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. Zero customer service.
They've customer service! They treatef m ed like I had been stupid plus I dalled to get a wuote and have a rate of $100 to get a secret. Ridiculous!
Service that is mobile that is Excellent!! We broke our key this day our camper was needed by & early in the afternoon. We had no idea which company to call locally and also known as that provided 24 hr services. He arrived & left us a new key within moments! Very happy with price & service. I'll Be using & advocating this locksmith )
The shop leaves a reasonable bit to be desired in professionalism and cleanliness (it sort of feels like you walked right into someone's cluttered basement and interrupted them at the center of a project), but the service was quick and affordable, and the keys I had made work as planned, so I could recommend this place overall.
I had a problem with my vehicle. Rick was called by me and left a message on his answering machine. He called back and made a trip out. He did it anyway although I had a fix that is unusual for a locksmith. Worked for 15 minutes on it and gave me ideas on fixes and did not charge me anything. Place on a path and I fixed it next day at about 10-15 minutes. Awesome great guy and experience. A person that is very friendly and conscientious. I strongly recommend him and his enterprise.
