Their pricing is reasonable, and they are very quick with copies that are key. I frequent this business for my home's and my company's needs.
The majority of the time that the one they have is everything you need, although they do have a large array of every product. If they don't have something you're looking for, they'll let you know when you can return to pick it up.
This is a very lovely--and large! Hardware business in. . .guess where? A minumum of one person is whistling, smiling or laughing whenever I walk . Like a hardware store should be, it is comfy.

I just moved into the area and needed some things. While this area is small and lacks many items, their staff fast offered when I came into the store, help and is quite nice. I'm the type of person who seems confused and lost in a Home Depot so it was good to see that the staff was excited to assist. Fantastic neighborhood hardware store worth going to.

Customer support. Man who picked up the phone said"I don't wish to speak with you and hung up." I called again and he picked up and hung up. Extremely unprofessional and impolite.

This is the ideal. . .excellence in it's best... professional yet o soooooo friendly. . .can locate anything to veggie cutter. . .been my go to place for many decades. . .definitely house/home questions/ answer... to problem solutions 10 + celebrities

The hardware store around! Family-run with knowledge and assistance. Well-stocked. Fast service. Friendly atmosphere. I never enjoyed going into a hardware store, but this one is a joy to stop by.

Somehow this area manages to inventory all kinds of things that I need but can't find in among the giants, though just a fraction of the size of one of the big box hardware stores. The friendly and helpful staff make it a pleasure.

This place is excellent for cutting on keys! I walked in and out in under 5 minutes -- the service was cheap and staff was courteous. Will definitely come back here in the future.

Local hardware shop. The shop clerk was able to cut at a pair of keys which 2 other hardware stores were not able to do. He was really pleasant and helpful and took the opportunity to explain why it had been so difficult to cut this key (but he had no problems getting it done). They also carried a particular lightbulb the other big hardware store said could be"impossible to find" unless I went into a electrician and got it special ordered. We encounter this place and will surely use it as our go to hardware shop despite a corporation near.

Family Owned and operated, this hardware shop is by far the best. Anytime I need help with a project in my home regardless of the size they're always there to help. I'd go here over the large chains daily.

Not only that, however, also the family that runs it is indispensably incredibly friendly and knowledgable. If you are ever lucky enough to find a word in edgewise with the elder gentleman who seems to own the area, ask him politely for an item- simply describe something you're not even sure really is - and watch how incalculably quickly he figures out just what you're discussing, and leads you down a few labyrinthine aisle into the nearest approximation he has to offer. It is wonderful. You CANNOT get this kind of experience. It is a legitimate neighborhood gem; honestly the best. If I could, six stars.

Great neighborhood hardware store. They're very helpful and always courteous. Call ahead to ensure they have everything you're searching for.

In looking for suggestions on the best way best to repair it, so I introduced it the clasp in my pet's leash broke. Three men and women that were working got it fixed and have a peek. I would never have gotten this type of service at Lowes or Home Depot and was thankful.

I love this place. I have gone in there many times with vague descriptions, sure that a store their size couldn't possibly have exactly what I need, and the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly staff direct me right to precisely what I'm looking for. I live a bit further away from Inman Square Hardware, but I will still travel from my way. Additionally, their kitchen gadgets segment (the aisle next to the paint) is my favorite spot to see if I feel like making an impulse buy.

They have a variety of hardware items. I came here looking to obtain a handful of especially sized wood screws (less than 1" long), and they had precisely what I needed. They sell the screws separately so that I didn't invest a penny. Totally perfect, I'll be arriving here for all of of my screw-related needs later on!

Here is the hardware shop. Their keys work, they have time.

This store is well conducted by Paul Pacheco and Alvaro M. Pacheco (name on company card) and reminds me a bit of the now closed Masse Hardware in Cambridge. Paul was excellent at helping me order and answering questions.
I have discovered Ace Hardware line items $1 more affordable here in this store compared to Pill Hardware on Massachusetts Avenue in Central Square. It is possible to get other hardware items that are useful, as well as clear vinyl plastic tubing here.
If you're chilly in winter and you do not wish to remove your air conditioners or streamlined window fans, pay your windows with a.5 mil, 1 mil or 2 mil thick"Plastic Drop Cloth" (clear plastic tarping) using duct tape or packing tape around the outer border of the window indention, and get a space heater (convectional or directional) from firms like Lasko.

After attempting to have a key replicated at two hardware shops with no luck, I came into Inman Square Hardware. The gentleman behind the counter looked in the key, explained that the people who'd made this duplicate had registered off the version number to make it even more challenging, which it might be one of two distinct kinds of blanks. He said that if it didn't work to come back, cut at a new secret and gave it his very best suspect and they'd cut on another key with another sterile at no cost. Sure enough, the first key didn't quite fit and I had a brand new cut free with another blank coming back. That key worked great and I've been a loyal customer ever since.

I enjoy this location. It's tiny, but has always had including the ability to copy keys. The proprietor is funny and able to answer my own questions. I've obtained a whole lot, from keys to duct tape to winter shovels and light bulbs.

This review is they use/refer you to. The guy showed up within 15-20 minutes. Because I had been in the place he gave me a very fantastic price. He adjusted the door hinge using some taps that created it close noticeably simpler. I hope that I never need this service but if I do, I understand the way to go!

I came in such as frames for keys -- basic stuff , small hammer, and hangers. I've never wrapped frames previously, and I was too embarrassed to ask such a simple question, but I am glad I did, because as soon as I sheepishly admitted I didn't really know exactly what I was looking for, a very friendly man (not the very own ) took me to the right aisle and explained every hook/hanger.
I am giving this place five stars because if they did not have what I was searching for, I'd have left with a grin in my face.
I'd forgot what it was like to talk to friendly/genuine salespeople.
