He was a joy to work together and I'll certainly bring him back to any work. He was easy and receptive to get a hold of when initially setting up our appointment. After he came out, he went through each lock door with me that he saw and pointed out some exceptional locks which may require additional work as well as what the cost was likely to be.

We had Tom come out after we moved in, and re-key our home.
Tom came over to rekey our home after we moved in. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Hardware replacement was recommended by him and gave compelling reasons as to why it'd be important for us. We agreed and he also installed new hardware on most of our outside doors, such as a keypad on the doorway. His work was finished quickly and competently. I would hire him again, and would recommend him to other people.
We purchased a new house the keys and all worked fine. We wanted the house rekeyed for security. Thomas came on schedule and was prompt in contacting me. I have. A couple of the locks ended up having problems following Thomas left. Thomas was quick to reply to the issue and solve it. I can not give him 5 stars because there were difficulties, but having a builder who is quick to react to problems and solve them has value.
We had a fantastic and knowledgeable experience. He went over all of the locks and door knobs. Which one managed to rekey our locks to our home was safer to have and better rated. He was experienced knowledgeable and reasonable. I highly recommend him

Great job by design lock with installing a door handle and combination lock. Tom was available the day and communicating with me frequently to make sure I knew when he'd arrive. For all my locksmith needs in the future I'd use integrity.

In rekeying house tom did an exceptional job. He took his time to explain all the choices available. He tried to make a door bolt work so he replaced it but it wasn't operational. The job is guaranteed for a year. Will recommend his services.

I was impressed with Tom and his service! We had paid and just moved into a new house. Tom came the day that I stayed until late that day was perfect and called out. We had these doors which were hard to close and they were fixed by him! He noticed the issue right away and we believed we're going to need to deal with the noise or purchase doors! Tom is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and takes a great deal of pride in his job. He has a fantastic personality and is clean cut, professional.
