We've utilized JJB Plumbing on new building and remodels for years and he is always easy to deal with dependable, and very knowledgeable. I'd trust him to be operating in my home even when I was not there. He is the sole plumber I utilize.
Our kitchen sinks were clogged and the kitchen smelled bad. Called JJB PLumbing that night after reading the excellent reviews, trusting they will call us back. Didn't hear from them. Called again at the morning regarding what happened to the kitchen and left a detail message. Never called back. Disappointed and won't ever call them for business.
He could at least have the decency to let me know I will not waste my own time if he's busy.
