We will hands down use Ted again for future needs...
These might seem like small things but to me, they're everything. I predicted for replacing a garbage disposal. We agreed on a price and time and... he showed up when promised, did the work agreed to and to get the purchase price. Very professional, considerate and washed up-I may have really been cleaner after than before!

Ted came on the double when my"easy" shower fix went awry. He showed up when expected and was really pleasant to use. He quoted a price that was fair and completed the job on time. For my next plumbing need, I'm calling Ted

Told me that and called Ted Saturday morning my water heater leaked. He had been here within 2 hours, gave me a estimate, and within an hour my escape was fixed. Fantastic service! Thank you!

He never called my neighbor. . ? So she's upset as well. We are trying to locate a plumber. Waste of time .
No telephone, Wednesday night called to affirm... he said"yes 11:00 I will not be late!!'
Made appointment for Thurs 1/4 10:09am, Ted seemed a bit Iff but I believed I would trust yelp reviews. . Off I mean if he quoted the price I replied"oh fair as our builder" he seemed mad, @yes but the contractor have 26 years experience to do a good job?'
Confused with this, I replied" aw I am unsure I just want my garbage disposal he then quoted and stated 10:00 Thursday. . But also" must request my spouse too so she'll call you"

Called Ted about 11am and that he answered. My washing machine couldnt be hooked up since the water kept flowing from the water valve that was hot even when primary water shut off. Asked to get and me a couple a photo of my own valves. Explained the Price Tag and the problem. Fixed it and hooked up my washer and drier. Very pleasant person. Very delighted customer!

Rip off. Came to find a leak that ended up being right and of opening the furnace to check an unnecessary hole cuts . Charged $150 for 20 minutes to say, well at least we discovered it. . Didn't wash anything up left the garbage in our front lawn. Steer clear!

Ted and his staff rescued us without water from flooding. We had scheduled another plumber to assist us and also to help save water until another plumber might come to us, we had been turning the water off and on. After several days, the valve froze from the'off' position. No water. The other plumber wasn't due for another week. I phoned Ted, he repaired the main valve came out the exact same morning and then said he can fix our shower. He did both in a manner that is professional and in record time. The best part. . .he did it for the exact same price as another plumber had lent us to get our shower ! Great customer support, professionals that are accurate and truly decent pricing. Absolutely AMAZING Support!! My loved ones and I had a significant meltdown with one of our refrigerator valves to where the water would not shut off! (Turns out we only had to pull down on the knob and not twist it).
Ted's Plumbing replied my call and promptly helped us determine the problem just through the phone! He remained to ensure we got everything in check , and was very patient with us.

Requested a quotation from the listing of Yelp pipes and Ted was the first to respond. He called asking for some detail and photographs of the problem. Price was resonable and the next day he scheduled to come out. I needed to be in work, but Ted was simple to work with via text and telephone. He let himself in, repaired the issue and let himself out. Satisfied with the quick resolution. I will definately call Ted in the long run with plumbing needs.

We had an emergency water pipe not only was available to emerge in les but managed to fix the issue that is pressing that evening. He was knowledgeable, and using a can-do-it attitude that is great! So glad we found him.

I called Ted on a Tuesday evening as I found my water heater was on its way out (16 years in support ). Plumbing isn't something I dabble too much and when it comes to this replacement I wanted, although I will admit I was doubtful because I'm a handyman and typically save labor for home repairs. I'm happy I chose to go with Ted as he was not only very reasonably priced, but very comprehensive and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He came and replaced the water heater and I couldn't be pleased . I would suggest anyone in the region and today I've a plumber to call for all jobs I may need.

So my spouse was tasked with getting a plumber to aid with drain problems I needed to work today. Your search is over, if you're looking for a trustworthy plumber using pricing that is reasonable! I had a shower enclosure that had to be replaced in my front bathroom and was having a nightmare of a time locating a plumber that was within my budget and not trying to sell me a much greater repair than I wanted, but also not trying to provide me a bandaid fix. I was about to give up when I looked out my front window and watched Ted's Plumbing truck and I could not be more happy that I did! Ted came over to provide a free estimate and it was clear he knows his stuff and can be a fair businessman. He explained what he believed was the ideal cure for my situation and gave me a price that he would stand , even if it was to be more difficult than he expected. I can not tell you how much that helped, to know that the estimate was. He was prompt, comprehensive and clean and I could not be more happy with the results...I giggled like a school girl when we turned on the shower after the repair, its a real shower again!
