This afternoon my desk at work would not unlock -- The key would turn! I called several places and was disappointed it was going to cost over $150 for someone to come unlock the drawer.... I had my own drawer unlocked, were here over the hour, and called Jones and they were SIGNIFICANTLY more affordable and fully repaired within 20 minutes! I will forever use this company!!
