I needed a custom backup of my car key created. Basically I needed my copied and then have the bow ground to the blade's width. The hardware stores and mall kiosks would have made me the key (~$5) but wouldn't grind the bow down. Wouldn't take the job it was not worth their time quoted me at least 8x the cost of a replacement key alone and because they were portable. I really don't have a grinder that was bench-top although I thought about having the key made in a hardware store and then grinding it.
Then I discovered Brian S. in Key Factory that did the job quickly, perfectly, and at a much more reasonable price.

Needed to make a copy of my home key. It tried out, and was impressed how smooth the repair that was key to the lock! Had keys replicated over the past few years at locksmiths that are different, but this place is the best since the fix that is key was left by them to perfection. Almost thought I had mistakenly inserted the key. Very recommend this place.

Support small companies that are local! I came in just to drop off additional knob and my fresh door lock to possess matching locks/keys. They said they'd have no problem performing to save a trip from needing to return. Wow! Such great client service. I've come before and they have been equally useful! Don't hesitate to bring your company along with your keys here!

Because anything older does not cut on than 1991, I went here. They were very professional and was able to cut make a key for my 1988 Toyota car. Keys cut you need to come here Should you have to make any auto. Thanks!

I found out about Key Factory years ago trying to find someone that could clone a chip key and could cut a blank to get a reverse style car secret before I discovered them and I called a bunch of locksmiths in the South Bay. They did an wonderful job. So I had another car key blank for duplication today and these are the guys I trusted to get the task finished. Nobody could if they can not do it. I drove to Milpitas from South San Jose. They made the backup, checked all of the locks and created the final fine tuning with a document by hand. Now, like earlier, they did an wonderful job. Thank you guys!

I went to receive some gate keys that didn't work. I looked at this location since it's excellent so.I choose it to go and sure I was right about this location. The owner was quite friendly, professional and fast personally and helped me. I made the choice to come here.

I have come here two distinct times to possess duplicate Keys created and on one of these events the Secret was made outside the U.S. and I had been told it may be tricky to replicate. But that did not seem to matter to those professionals. They have the job to not leave out that they are friendly and quite helpful. I'll return.

Went to The Key Factory today and wasn't disappointed. I have a security door crucial and before The Key Factory I moved to 3 additional business and I haven't been able to successfully replicate the key. Came in and was greeted by one of the workers. He clarified that he may need to observe the lock and that the lock key is a lock. This is most likely why I haven't been effective making any copies. He narrowed he key into 2 keys and picked you especially and made copies of it.
He was on the money. The main fits and I can open that security door.

Proprietor anr shop that is great. Super quick service. I was glad to find him the area. I was looking at keys at expect depot but the support is not quite as good as here at all.

I walked for some vital copies I had made for work. They keys they left me did not get the job done although I'd gotten them done daily before at Walmart! He informed me that two of them had to be duplicated at my organization or with the maker and left me copies of three of my keys. He was very informative and educated me manufacturing at places like Walmart or Home Depot. He also helped me out and gave me hints on lubricating my locks.
Overall it was a fantastic, quick and considerably more educational experience in an integral shop than I ever thought possible. I will be coming back for any of my home or work needs.

quick. efficient. honest. Useful staff. I came here since it was close by and in less than 3 minutes and needed to earn a couple copies of my home key, my keys were created and I was away headed to my errand. I am definitely coming back here for all of my key needs.

Found this place on Yelp and it is fairly small but it was helpful and fast and I have 4 copies. They were not normal sized keys and it was performed in under 5 minutes. Definitely again.

So I went to the store and was greeted. Brian was pretty cool and he's a man that is decent that is nice. He helped me with my cutting. It took 5 minutes for him to finish the job. I had been quoted cost of about 140-170$ for key cutting and programming it, but this man here, decreased it. Possibly the cheapest price I could buy. And yes, the car keys worked totally fine. I tried other lock-smiths too, but all in vain. If it worked correctly, he tried fixing my doorway belt and checked the back too. I would certainly recommend everyone to visit this store if you need anything associated with stuff and lock. Most likely the best store in bay area.

This location is in Osh I was looking all around osh and pulled up. Haha silly me . Got my keys made in a matter of seconds . Fantastic place for keys that are quick

Brian is the He altered my Nissan key auto batteries free of charge. He replaced it at no cost for me and told me to buy the batteries Walgreens. I will come here for all my needs that are key!

Additionally, I asked about the various safes that they carry, and he did a fantastic job explaining them and answering my queries.
I walked in this day and was greeted with Brian S. I explained I needed to get a deadbolt rekeyed. He was very helpful and immediately worked on it and got the work done in 5 minutes.
I am really happy I chose to come to this store, and I will use them my lock smithing needs for all.
