They pretended they were going to come and repair the problem and lo and behold, when I talked to them, they disappeared. I phoned from still another number and managed to reach them , this time really angry... I gave them a bit of my head and I had been told that the key issue was my problem and they weren't going to fix the issue because I'd given them a poor review on yelp.
I needed to phone from another phone in order to be able to speak to them since they blocked my number.
Be cautious of this company.
I gave them a bad reviewthey disappeared for over a month and never came through with their promise of correcting the error THEY made. I think it's ridiculous in order to talk to them once they messed up the immobilizer on my car and made the error that I have needed to phone from other people's phones.

Guy called Ami whom I had presumed to be trusted flashed my pcm on my 2000 mercury mountaineer as a result of my anit theft activating and my car shutting off on me completely and not having the ability to restart he allegedly flashed my pcm"two" and he also gave me two keys billed $160 complete which is not a bad deal but again you get what you pay for, he snapped my pcm (or so I thought) and got my car running"horribly" running tough and my pc was read by my very trusted mechanic and it gave me an ignition coil problem which my very trusted mechanic replaced afterward boom in less then 5 minutes driving the car my ignition coil"as per my pc" went bad then an hour after my anti theft triggered again when I told my mechanic what happened he informed me that the man who flashed my pcm may have improperly flashed my car to contact him again to see whether he would come to mend (my car after this locksmiths work just lasted a week) then after I brought it to Ami's attention it was my mechanics fault that he improperly installed the coils (THE COIL HAS NOTING TO DO WITH MY ANTI THEFT ACTIVATING ON ME and"there's nothing I could do to assist you".
THIS GUY DOES REALLY DIRTY BUSINESS, HE LOOKED AT MY CAR THE LEAST HE COULD DO IS TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT IT BUT THATS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU DEAL WITH A THEIF
