Nathan was really helpful. He cut the blank key for a reasonable price if the car is overseas. I have a key for my car. Definitely coming back in the event the key breaks.
The blade for my Honda Civic broke and I had a new one cut. . I brought it here and bought that they blank secret. Since the secret was laser cut, then other cutting businesses could not do it.

Round 2. . .Lost my keys at Topanga Mall and went back to watch Arik. Sure enough, very nice, professional, and equipped. Most places wont cut keys for your vehichle. Does he offer service, where he'll come to you; he's a shack off De Soto and Roscoe! Took him an hour to make my keys, program themget me secured. Business for life! Thanks Arik. I appreciate all your help!

This man tried to strong arm me.
They called me stating they were in the location and I told them I wanted to know what it costed. I said no thank you, when they gave me their cost.
They made me give an address where I needed help before they wanted to give me a quote to them. I gave them an address and they said someone would call me to give me a quotation.

They called me back SEVERAL times trying to tell me I owed them money for locksmith services. THIS HARASSMENT IS RIDICULOUS. I CANT BELIEVE YOU GUYS ARE IN BUSINESS AT ALL WITH THESE PAID REVIEWS. NEVER GO TO THESE CON ARTISTS AND THUGS. TRYING TO STRONG ARM SOMEONE IN THEIR TIME OF NEED.

Nathan was helpful and so nice. Got two copies of my house key instantly! Will definitely be coming back to create more keys in the future.

I have gone several times in the past 2 decades. Miguel and nathan are welcoming and fast to provide 5 star services. They charged my half what home depot or lowes fee to replicate keys. The keys come out have never had problems using them and accurate. I constantly go to this men knowing I'll find a copy that is good and live out in van nuys. They replicate FOB keys too.

Professional, friendly, fast. I will never go anywhere else for keys. I stopped by on a Monday afternoon around 4 PM. They had four or three customers ahead of me so I thought it would be a long wait. I was out of there in 20 minutes using what I needed.

Enjoy the pleasure of working with Nathan to find a new key. In addition, he programmed a new key fob for me. He also took the time to describe to me just how the process worked and showed me all of the steps he took although he was very busy. It made me happy knowing he was taking his time being cautious with my new truck. I strongly recommend him for any automotive support.

The guy who helped me in the strip mall shack is somewhat dry and an old school classic"G" type, but he got the work done and didn't waste any time. I definitely can not complain. If there were a issue with the cut, though, I probably could have been scared to approach the dude. Lol!!!

Why can I pay? Refused to cover along with also the servicer left. This was not revealed upfront. I would not recommend this enterprise.
When the service arrived I was quoted an amount for a possible fix of $150 to $200 but had been cautioned that they wouldn't guaranty that they might correct the lock. I was quoted a cost of $400 to replace the door latch. How does that make any sense. I could buy a brand new sliding door. We disagreed on pricing point and their services did not participate. I had been requested to cover a service call fee of $40.
Not really sure what these reviews are hyping up for this small business. I certainly was not impressed. I called to set up an home appointment to get a door latch. Before they stated they'd stop by to assess what could be accomplished I sent pictures to the service in advance.
4/13/18 - memory reaction that is selective. Now you're saying it had been a $30 service charge (which again was NEVER said ). It will do your business wonders. Or is that too difficult to comprehend?

This young guy was a fantastic assistance for me as a single mother of 3, I don't have any extra money to invest on the inflated costs of the dealership... My keyfaub for my Chevy broke along with the dealership wanted to charge me a bit over $300 to get a new one! This guy gave me a new programmed crucial for $170. . .and it didn't take him 2 hours to perform it. HIGHLY Suggested

Their prices are just and reasonable (although you may want to purchase that excess car key from Home Depot as I paid $8 to get mine with no chip).
Five stars for a job well done that four locksmiths turned down.
They boast that they can fix or mend anything that takes a key, and I believe that they can. The passenger side lock was had by me on my 2003 Mazda truck re-keyed; they got the job done, although it took 45 minutes.
Who would have thought you could find a top quality locksmith at a kiosk in a classic parking lot that is raggedy! Seriously, don't be intimidated by their own location as these men are great.

Very reasonable rates. I had been in need of extra keys for two of my vehicles. I called the night before after hours and was answered and advised they open at 10. Nathan arrived just at 10 and made 5 keys for me in less than 15 min. Two of those keys needed to be programmed. In case you're looking for any help with keys I urge key zone.
