My husband and I had a new lock. I predicted this place because it showed off 15 percent along with the service woman said it would be 47. The price changed to $200 along with service fee, once they finally came. We couldn't manage that large difference in cost so for him coming out, we needed to pay $20. Hard lesson learned. Next time I'll ask the person who is performing the service not someone sitting behind a desk.
