Called Lee at 9a and he managed to come out over 2 hours. We had a issue that is very simple to fix. He provided some tips in the event of troubles. I would use him again.

Yesterday, I had a massive conundrum along with my keys and Lee was AMAZING. Customer support is a business' building blocks. Rates are reasonable. I couldn't be happier .

These guys are life savers! A pet sitter that was dishonest dropped my home key while my husband was away on business, and I couldn't find anybody overdue on a Sunday night to get me. Before this company was receptive I called, and re-key our house and the owner came over straight away to let me in. I am so grateful for friendly, hot, and comprehension support from a local firm. I will urge them to others for sure!

Arrived on Time.Installed 9 new hardware sets including two int privacy and 2 ext dead bolts (one had been imported therefore it required longer time to make it fit) my home is out of the 20's therefore that he needed to mend and realign a few of the doors/locks.

Worked for many hours. . .charges by the doorway not the time so a deal that is good.

About a month ago we needed to have the locks in our house altered after somebody stole our keys and broke in to our car. I called Knight Safe & Lock the next day, and they came out! They were quick, efficient and professional. Since then the front door has been having some issues launching, so I called back thinking it needed to so with all the new lock installed. My error, the wood door had contracted within the spring and this weather latch was catching. Knight Safe & Lock didn't hesitate to help me. They came out this afternoon, after I called yesterdayafternoon, and they fixed it at no charge. I would recommend this company at the Gig Harbor to anybody. I do not write reviews of companies generally, so to do this review signifies I am very impressed by this company.

He was valuable and made suggestions about the best way to save money and make the process easier, although he was not able to help me since I needed to tow my automobile to a dealer because of a primary code. This is the way a business will be conducted. Thanks

Attempted to call these people, obtained a message that was odd over and over again about the number not accepting calls Would be curious to know what's going on, but I moved on and called another locksmith!

I predicted Knight Safe & Lock this morning. The house had been broken into by A group of burglars and ruined two doorways. Lee Mentzos was efficient and was able to repair 1 door and secure the other and rekey the entire house. Lee did a fantastic job and strengthened all our doors. I would strongly recommend them.
