Krause Key Lock

I left my condo to walk my dog and locked the door behind me. Fortunately, Sean was across the road on another support call. I asked if he could help me out and walked over! Sean and the team that is Krause we're friendly, helpful, professional, and fast. And to top it all off--their rates were fair. I would strongly recommend their locksmith services as absentminded as me and people looking for reliable, friendly, and cheap local locksmith services to anyone. Thanks Sean and staff!

I had been having issues with the Mortise lock. They came out over a week (I had no rush) and required the lockcleaned and re-keyed it and had it back into my doorway and working within an hour! It was astonishing. The man that came out was super fine as well and showed me a few suggestions on the best way best to maintain the lock running in the months/years ahead. Great service and a price that is reasonable!

This morning I locked myself. They had someone outside to help in under 10 minutes! Fantastic service!

I have NO IDEA why anyone in St. Louis goes anyplace else to get keys/locks. This place has consistently delivered friendly, competent service. I attempted Krause after not 1, but 3, failed crucial cuttings from Home Depot and Lowe's. Not only was it but is still going strong 2 years afterwards at a tacky deadbolt that bent the home key that is original.

I was impressed by the service I got here if they could not help me with my issue that is odd. While I was here, they made a significant attempt to attempt to find something that would work for me and managed to serve a lot of other customers while dealing with my situation. No one needed to wait long.
Everyone was super fine - and my completely off-the-wall request seems to have left them with one of these"You'll never believe what this woman asked for" stories that they could tell indefinitely. If I wanted a locksmith I'd choose these guys in a heartbeat.

These men are first and foremost very good at what they're doing. They don't overcharge you and are fair. They are professional and extremely courteous. I would, if I could rank them higher than 5 stars.

I'm a first-time home owner in Tower Grove South, and I don't have a whole lot of experience with home improvement or just maintenance jobs. I moved in to Krause after doing a great deal of research and the opportunity to tackle all of them was taken by Tim in Krause. I wanted to do itself and he took the opportunity to answer a couple of phone calls after leaving their store to trouble shoot me on the project. In a universe where I am fighting to find contractors that are trusted I feel as though I couldn't recommend them enough.

I went to three different places hoping to get a duplicate of my flat key and this was the only one that may replicate key's type I had. It was less and took two seconds! The staff was friendly and I liked that it was a local place. Will go back for my key needs!

I went here to get a key and they had to do a great deal of work to get it right because my key had been bent. They were nice and useful even for my trade that is $2.

If and when I want more keys made, Icome back to Krause and'll keep my company local.
Needed an additional key for work, so because it's in my hood, I stopped by Krause. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. A friendly partner greeted me, he made my key and I was out the door in under 5 minutes and that was with talk.

They come in and party other businesses like other locksmiths, security suppliers and much more. It was a very uncomfortable experience and very unprofessional. I would not recommend them.

I stopped in here to get various keys I was in and out in near five minutes. They were very helpful and efficient and if I want anything else essential associated I will absolutely go back.

So we had bought a used car that came with just 1 key. We headed to get copies. After 45 minutes of two guys looking for the key, the keys did not actually do the job. So I moved to Krause, (I must have gone there first!) And 4 minutes 3 perfect keys were produced!!! They're the

I had them come replace locks into my apartment and this locksmith was one. Such as I had been a tiny child, he was rather rude to me and spoke to me at a slow voice. When he was at the apartment, all he did was complain about how he had to replace the locks. . .which is his job. He could be a little more considerate. Surely not likely to use them again. (I specifically obtained Yelp just to make this 1 review, that is how awful and rude this man was)

I locked myself out of my home (1 pm on a Monday) and after a failed attempt to get my spare key from my buddy's home I called Krause. Like I drive up and down Hampton, I've noticed the store. They were very pleasant and the man took my name and number to call me back. He said someone was on the road and called back. The locksmith came in a Krause van within five minutes.
They were prompt and professional and I felt very comfortable. That I will recommend them to get needs in South Hampton/St although I'm not sure of the hours of surgeries. Louis Hills area.

I really like Krause secrets Tim is wonderful and always useful. I wouldn't go anyplace else and have used them. We are lucky to have them in the neighborhood.

Needed a backup and they got the work done for under 5 bucks and in under 5 minutes. I was super impressed. I'd come back here in a heartbeat for lock requirements and all my key, although this company is far from where I live! Thanks Krause!

WOW!! I locked myself outside of my vehicle and they were there within minutes. The stupid tax for locking myself was 54$ (which seems to be the going rate) but the advice I got from the gentleman who unlocked my car was worthwhile. He not only unlocked my car but he advised me also to go get a spare car key made, and where to get spare parts. Hopefully I won't lock myself out again. I will recommend them to friends and family.
