First off, they'd moved but didn't tell me that on the telephone when I called to schedule. If they fixed Craftsman I asked and they said yes. My rider would not begin. They went through an investigation and Once I brought it in, they said that the problem was that the starter and phoned. They might have it fixed by Tuesday. They had to order a part. They then received the role that was wrong and needed to get a brand new one. It was supposed to be fixed to Friday. On monday, they'd received the part however. I called and they told me it needed a new ignition switch. On Wednesday I called and they said that they were going to need to replace the floor cable. Each day, I needed to call them. Nobody EVER called me to tell me there was a different problem. They phoned and said it had been fixed but I needed to move but a brand new battery because they didn't have one.
I will NEVER go back and NEVER recommend them to anybody.
So I needed to buy a new battery and then install it myself. The mower worked for a hour. I closed it off to get some water and then it would not start again.
I call Craftsman to send out a fix and another 10 days, it has to wait for. The Craftsman repair guy said the problem in the beginning was that the alternator and my previous battery (which I still had) was not bad. I had paid Kwik Service nearly $200 in unnecessary repairs because they couldn't determine what the problem was and they had my mower for two weeks while my neigh it's complained about how high my grass got. I tried to telephone back Kwik Service but they didn't answer the telephone nor return my phone.

This location is a large joke. They don't care about your problem, they are interested in promoting you a battery since that is how they earn money. They'll lie to you about your battery being bad.i know for a fact they can manipulate the tester that will force you to get a terrible reading. Trust me that is why I wasn't a worker over 2 weeks. And don't attempt to utilize him, they lie on the pay I know two men that walked out of it. It won't let you although I wish I could provide five stars. You may only post if you pick a star.
