I drove over to their store and the girl working there (Ashley) accumulated the exceptional equipment and we went to my car. She had a sized device that she drifted into the socket underneath the dash on the driver's side. She also used a palm sized device into which she inserted a particular cardfor my vehicle. She used my current fob to assemble the codes and then copied them on to the fob, while sitting in the driver's chair. The new fob now works like the first and I have a backup. Needed to take to merchant get battery as it was suddenly damaged even though it tested fine and informed key is useless and to get adjusted for $126. Eventually get back in town and talk to employee she says sorry been over 30 days and you ought to have given us opportunity. What were the 3 days you'd car for 12 hours? She went to talk to manager but 10 days after no response. Meantime I don't have functioning essential ($175) had dealer fix what they ruined ($126) brand new battery ($180) about $500 out of pocket.
