I have. The lock and bad! We have a trip coming up in a few weeks and we want this box, and I don't wish to spend yet another $400 on a brand new one. As a last resort I called Matt. He had been quick very friendly on the telephone to reply, and lead. He came. Upon looking at the lock he had been clear to point out that there are no warranties with such type of locks that are non-replaceable. I guessed that far from the start. Regardless of everything I had been desperate. I advised him to give his best to it. Matt most gave it his best. At the initial 10 min he was able to open the box which I couldn't even do before. In the process he found the secret was not fitting and the vital cylinder was turning. He worked at it. He didn't want to give up on it although he had been about to call it a day and I am thankful he didn't. An hour , he finally got it. Matt you're amazing brother! Thank you so much for your hard work and effort. Matt is your man, if you guys need a locksmith! It's tough to find people like this today; companies that place the significance from caliber and the customer of work that is.
If I have some other lock issues he's the one I will make certain to predict above all else. Please definitely consider looking to him for your business.

Monday, he arrived and over 45 minutes I had a lock which works perfectly.

Matt was. I was locked out and he was here in 20 minutes. I've used lock smiths in the past however I have never met with one as friendly, smart and timely. He received my difficult lock cared for in 20 minutes! Not your lock. A lock which needs an electronic code AND a key. He knew right away what he was doing. He got me within 5 minutes!!! Just incredible! He explained that he's a 3rd generation smith. So that was reassuring.

I needed some locks to be re-keyed and Matt did an wonderful job. He provided me was a responder, also had good rates.

Incredibly professional, courteous and personable. So I can place it if anyone in my home locks themselves out on my refrigerator, I asked for his business card. The rate charged was quite reasonable (lower than average, actually ).
Locking out yourself is not a means to begin the new calendar year. I wish I didn't have to pay money for this mistake but I'm so glad that the money went to Matt and his business. I phoned him at 945pm which is when locksmiths are shut and prices charge - Matt managed to come over in about twenty minutes and unlock my door.

Arrived in a timely manner. Solved the issue fast, though we have, seemingly, more difficult locks compared to most. Really friendly service.

We were looking to replace the locks and moved to our new house, and notably the front door lock with a wise lock. Located Matt on yelp, and a day after, he was there at our front door, 5 minutes (Weee, didn't have to manage the usual"I'll be there between 8-11 am", then have the person show up 2 hours after at 1 pm). Punctuality is certainly a virtue. He was courteous, productive, professional and knowledgeable. Once he was done (5 minutes prior to time again:-RRB-)he cleaned all the replaced parts, explained how the wise lock functions left with a smile on his, and our faces.
We would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to anyone who's currently looking to receive any services.

This was the door from hell, a 40 year old lock at a door that had a lot of difficulty and labour. Matt was great, remained calm, was crafty and creative and figured out it.
Matt thought this was an easy change-the-locks type of job but boy was he wrong.

Children my wife, and I had been locked out from our home once we figured that the key I had didn't work for the bottom half of my garage door. Called Matt tonight at 8pm on a Friday. Got a hold of Matt and he told me to comeRight over with my issue. Desired two locks to be keyed the same and he did it over 5 minutes. He was nice, fast and cheap. When I was attempting to replace my new locks, I later ran into some confusion. I called Matt and he managed to help me by answering face time and my query with me to really find the issue I was having I was not able to explain it well. Everything worked out great and I received my new locks in place. This guy is good and awesome at his job! If you require a locksmith, then this guy is who you would want to take care of.
