On Monday 7/16/18, my ignition has been stuck. I phoned Legacy and they stated they could take actions. They said that it was the ignition switch and showed up and they substituted it. On Friday, 7/21/18 I moved outside to run errands. We return to car and igntion switch was trapped and we couldn't move anyplace. They were phoned by us at 9:30 am and explained what happened and they said they were going to call Technician to come out and fix it. The Tech called us at 10:30am and told us after he completed job would be coming to us. got me home by me being more disabled then my husband and he remained with car. Long story short my husband was out until 5:15 pm in no medicine, no food, atmosphere and the heat waiting to show up. All day they were phoned by us and they said someone was coming. Eventually we called a tow company to pick the truck and bring husband dwelling. It cost $100 to tow my truck home. When he got home we called they and Legacy stated technician came to my house to fix car but no display. Our cell phones Both are blocked from company receiving our requirements. The attempt to contact them was at 10:45pm. My spouse and I had been really frustrated by these ruining our whole afternoon, from being outdoors all day, my husband wasn't feeling well and us calling them daily, only a nightmare. I phoned them on also the same woman and phone. I inquired how could she feel if someone left her parents out daily, around coming to assist them lying? They had been sympathy or no guilt at all. I had to call another company to fix my truck costing another $200. This is not acceptable I'll call the BBB, 11 and Fox 5 news to report this.
