I was charged $350 for both of my underside locks to be opened. I could've tried to unlock the door with a bobby-pin if I'd know what they were going to bill me but when I asked for cost I was rushed off the phone and told me that a locksmith was on his way. What took this guy a total of 45 seconds cost me $350? I've had an entire house with a unlocked. A scam, also a dreadful thing to do to a young person , dreadful business practices and a entire ripoff. Honestly disgusted. I really don't understand a person in good conscience can do this. Absolutely dreadful.

Yo these men are a ripoff, requested the man guess what and to not break my lock for the charge he had been requesting? He ended up breaking up the lock and the frame of the door! He said it was because the door knob was rusty then asked me to not call his boss

Nicest guy in the world before you have him do anything but request a million questions. The invoice was $565 install a deadbolt and to change 1 lock. Did not discuss pricing before he did the job. The woman who quoted the pricing was nice and I assumed that went to be the ballpark cost. Way off!!! So I had to cover him, the job was already done. Once he comes to this house, get an estimate. Definitely not clear about the price. Seemed to be quoted one price at first but the when he handed us the invoice it was at least $20 more. Use or would hesitate to recommend these.

I had a HORRIBLE experience. The company was not CLEAR concerning the price. The price was 140.00 greater than quoted over the telephone and they had been an hour late. Work was missed by me and in addition to this one week after the key BROKE.

If this is firm that goes out of CA, Huntington Beach and services the Long Beach, CA area walk away now!! They clarified fees step by step until they got to"labor" and then surprise"credit charge" I am going to report them to BBB for the credit card fees. Since I whined, they reduced mine from 10% to 5% but I feel like the ripped me off. ZERO stars or stars that are negative would be better rating but one celebrity was my only choice!!
