The crucial blank was a one I introduced to be cut, although I had a requirement for an old car key to be cut. And it was NOT a inexpensive key. One tiny error, and it could be ruined. Anyway, Brandon assisted me. Without asking or my suggestion, he even took the liberty of having a generic blank he had in the shop to do on a test run, to ensure he could get it right. It is cut at by him, walked out to my car, and it was a perfect fit. Within seconds, my precious, impossible to discover, too priced key was cut by Brandon. Of course without fail. I paid the man because of his support (I also purchased the"test key") and almost skipped from this area. I will always find a way to patronize this company, be my voice of citizenship or it me.
I'm a college student who happened to get a new vehicle and had come home for the summer. our move to guy was long useful for our vehicle, and as a Nissan family up until my car -- the car came with one key fob. We needed our keyfob we purchased online programmed and also the key trim. My father phoned on Sunday and asked for a quotation where he had been advised $50- reasonable. We made an arrangement to be in the shop at 4:15 so as we had been was Derek. When we arrived that he was fast to receive my key fob programmedbut since it wasn't factory, it wouldn't work on my push to start. And he replied with"I didn't purchase the key I do not know." Then he proceeded to say"I'm sorry this generation doesn't understand how to use the usual vehicle key." After he programmed it, he tells us it will be 85 & we. He said he would only charge us $85 as it would regularly be $225. As we were leaving I explained that my father once more had been quoted $50 and he may want to get that taken care of, when I had been told"That could be one of my workers that works 4 hours a day." Since his website says customer service is a guarantee-- I was shocked won't ever return and received.
One is when he is called by his wife at work on the other side of town having a crisis. My wife called with such an emergency, Now. She'd taken the kids to have lunch and somehow at the shuffle of loading the kids into the car, the keys along with our young kids ended up locked inside with my wife around the outside. She phoned me and I googled the nearest locksmith. Derek from Key and A Lock has been there in about ten minutes and sprang to action. The doors were open and the kids were free. More surprising, as I was completely prepared to pay for the ceremony, Derek advised my wife that there isn't any charge when kids are locked in the vehicle. This experience turned it all around and took a situation that was very dreadful. A Lock and Key Center has my gratitude and will get my business. Thank you Derek!
