It turned out I was right: The air conditioner was plugged into the wrong socket. Tomer told me and called. He offered to move anyway should I wish, but didn't feel it was be necessary. Honesty and his diligence saved me a hundred bucks. The following over payment of the deposit was promptly refunded in a couple of days.
Selecting a vendor for work is. I contacted Tech Lock & regarding a electric matter in my house; the circuits maintained tripping whenever we used appliances like the toaster oven and dishwasher - in the kitchen. Because a couple of years ago I had the power system updated with dedicated lines to the air conditioners, It was inconvenient, but bothersome. The purchase price quote was what everybody else cites in their reviews- not cheap at over $200/hour, but that which appears to be market rate. Everybody likes to save a few bucks, but you get exactly what you pay for if something doesn't go right and you may be left by corners without recourse. In any case, the technician, Tomer, arrived on time. I knew he was great since my cat followed him around the home and loved him. He assessed the problem and explained the strategy of action. There was no pressure and I looked at over $1000 worth of work. He fixed a pull string. They did not nickel & dime me to fux the enthusiast, which I anticipated to be fair, although the cost was over $200 for less than one hour work.
This company is customer-oriented and provide exceptional service. Sure, you could use joe from the supermarket flyer and save a few bucks,but expertise reliability, and service are worth the cost.

These men are late, the employees waltz thru cafeteria, unexplained, can't comprehend English, dragging work! They say

Deal directly with Tomer, who is competent and honest, NOT Pete, if you are going to use this company.
I requested for a flat rate when I contacted this firm to get a quote. Pete told me that the occupation would take under an hourso the total could be $220 plus tax. Since they broke something AND it cost TWICE exactly what we had been told it ended up costing us extra time.

I originally gave this firm 5 stars since Tomer, the head electrician, is quite knowledgeable and, when he came the second time to fix what the first electrician had busted, he told me the first guy should have easily spotted another problem he missed, and, to his credithe repaired this at no excess price.
Avoid this company in any way costs.

SHADY AF. That is $225 more than the estimated price.
I managed to get. They needed I pay them $50 before they would leave my building when I informed the technicians that I didn't want their services and didn't take their quotation. I told them they did not perform any services for me so I did not have to compensate them at all--that's their employer's responsibility--but that their boss was welcome to send me a bill and I could take the issue up directly together. They did not like that.
Hold up.
Then I needed to escort them from my building after me asking them to leave occasions since they would not leave. I'd have called the authorities if they stood in my hallway a second longer.
The good thing to come out of this adventure is I feel like more of a New Yorker that is bonafide.
As soon as I locked myself from my apartment earlier this evening, I was apprehensive about calling a locksmith because let's be honest, they do not have the most professional reputation, particularly in NYC, which can be full of con artists looking to take advantage of individuals who do not have any choice but to shell out money when they should get back in their building. However, I called Lock and Tech since they gave me the cheapest estimate ($75) and I needed to get inside ASAP. First, the individual who answered the phone took down the phone number for me which postponed the tech. Alright error. It got worse. Two technicians came, temporarily"scrutinized" my lock (tapped it with a screw driver), and informed me it was hopeless for them to open it without breaking the lock (even though my building is new which initially they said will make it easy to start ), and therefore the absolute minimum cost would be $300.

Needing installation, repair or any security camera support? Look Tech and Lock is the firm for you! After hunting testimonials, researching options/pricing and talking with George I understood these were the technicians to get me personally. After leaving a message, I received a call back from George who was friendly, educated and listened to exactly what services I needed. I was surprising able to book an appointment for the next evening. The 2 technicians arrived early and were professional, kind and specialists in their field. They wasted no opportunity to get to work and address my issues quickly and efficiently and at a fair rate all. How refreshing it was not to be pitched into an upgrade. I could not be more happy with the customer service from begin to finish and I will use them over and over. I recommend them and love the kind of service received, which is a rarity nowadays. Haven't found a good strong Intercom repair company in a while, so I googled and found those guys. He said they bill by the hour, which I don't like trigger sometimes when the tech is incompetent or they lolly gaggle when I called. But these gusy showed up, watched the job, whereas I was orginally thinking about running new cables, but they said it was not needed and found my old wires in the walls and save time, from having to run new wiring and wiring holes and material. They got me back up and running much quicker than I thought... Honest Work, Good Work, cleans up after themselves and Punctual to appointment.

They've called me several times asking me to change their inspection (which I found quite annoying).

So after my bad review. Cost it costed and really they offered to give a check for the difference of their price. Which I happily obliged to.

Really as good as it gets these individuals are honest dependable and fast a pleasure competitive concerning pricing and to utilize.

They had been the only company to offer a service contract on our job covering parts and labor.
My only disappointment is they utilize gmail.com as an email account instead of the domain name. Hopefully it'll get fixed one day. Do not let that prevent you.
I found these guys. We had to substitute the intercom system. Gabriel came to our building to reveal our superb the options to get an intercom. We ended up using an ABB system.
They did an outstanding job.
Gabriel was prepared, followed , worked with us on terms. His technicians were professional. They adhered we summarized.

I've had Tech and Lock install a surveillance program in my building and will continue to work with them. They provide excellent communication within the phone. I've been pleased with Victor and their technicians Yaraslov. And Vinny is great to speak with regarding the upgrades we are considering all. Highly recommend.

I recently leased a new apartment and wanted to find the locks changed.
Alex was on time, able to give me an estimate, explain the advantages of my various options, and he performed the service making certain everything worked correctly.
Dealing with Derek over Yelp and Alex has been a joy due to their professionalism, honesty, and work.
My request for a quote was answered fast, and they could get out a technician to me that night.

6 internal channels were installed by us with two new doorway strikes.

Its only been in a month so I cant provide a long-term overview of the ABB Welcome system but so far haven't had a single issue so no reason to believe the Lock and Tech guys wont be there to support it if we do have an issue.
The guys did an wonderful job and I knew within 20 minutes of being on-site we made the right decision when at the apartment they used a'mini vac' to suck the dust as they were drilling the holes to the new channel template.

I am attempting to have 5 cameras and came across Tech and Lock. To date I have sent 3 mails and abandoned 1 voicemail in a period of 2 weeks. Nothing, no reply. I guess they do not require the business.

Tomer is topnotch... a true professional. Service was tidy and productive.

These guys would be prosperous in any business, because they get the picture and it's -- which makes the consumer happy *is business - the rest is just details.
There is a reason for the stack of ratings with this company.
With Lock and Tech, I dealt directly with Vinny and Gabriel (who will constantly remind you can reach him anytime 24/7 on his mobile phone) and felt like everyone there knew precisely what was going on with my job and had been committed to making it happen.
Working with Gabriel and Vinny, I have the impression I would ask them to help out with anything around my house if it would make me happy and they'd do it. Big companies such as ADT will have one man do the sales pitch, so one man do the site survey, and a third man do the installation, and as you go down that chain the guarantees and caliber drop away (not forgetting exactly what you get a year after, or three decades later).

George came in to our Sole's Playtime (preschool) and did such an amazing job with the issues we had. We contacted so many people to repair our doors but no one managed to repair it He came in with such enormous hands and was very considerate.

I had the fantastic fortune of detecting Lock and Tech USA while in search of a solution. I did like most people and Google wide and far and must have known as a half dozen sellers. Running an operation of the magnitude there are always maintenance issues that demand immediate attention which often leaves little funds for improvements to systems that currently operate, i.e.. In the time we only had an audio intercom system for the front door. With the increased need for security attributes we wanted to add an incorporated video/audio system which could be retrieved around the site for several of the different changes at multiple spots to make use of.

Having a large desire and a limited budget I am more than pleased at the results of my choice to work from Lock and Tech USA.
