If I had to drive 100 miles 16, I would not do business. Guy was a jerk. Hung up on me. I called 10 times back. Whoever works Saturday mornings is a JERK. Whether they're all like that since he would not allow me to ask to speak to someone else or the supervisor, do not know.

We had an extremely difficult case where a door lock shattered at the locked position with almost no axis. We predicted, they were really friendly and arrived on time. I think they underestimated the difficulty of the project and it took a lot longer than I think they thought it would when they quoted us. They were cautious not to hurt any of the remaining part of the door until they got it open, and they kept at it. Overallthey charged us the quoted amount and did a great job despite people who had to assist and the excess time. Those are once I do although I do require a locksmith.

We had an annoying problem with our doorwe could not turn the door knob without wrestling the doorknob to depart our house! I contacted Lock City and the owner contacted me the same day. He also installed and replaced the doorknob, re-keyed, and had his employee Miguel outside to our place a couple of hours. All for communication and a service were fantastic! I will use this company in the future.
