Lock N Roll Locksmiths

I was calling around to attempt to locate a lock smith as I had broken my own key to start my mailbox. I called around to several locksmith and Lock N Roll (Scott) had the BEST prices (called a few different locksmiths) and has been quite effective. We emailed back and forth for a few times and may fit me in a really brief quantity of time afterwards and worked together with my own work schedule. Scott did an wonderful job installing the lock that is new as well and made sure everything seemed fine and told us to tell him if something is not working and he would come out and repair it. Thank you Scott!

Since I did end up using this service, this is strange, but I am giving this business 5 stars due to an moment. Because I had locked myself out of my vehicle I called, and someone picked up. I clarified what my desire was, and he let me understand he was not accessible, but proceeded to give me advice about assessing with my insurer (to see when I had a few"free lockouts" I might not know I had), and gave me the telephone number to another nearby locksmith I could try if this did not work. Most companies just won't respond when they know your job can't be taken by them, but I really appreciated the customer service and care. Top of my list when I am in a jam at the Monroe area to try.

I needed to rekey the house and to swap out a deadbolt to get a fancy deadbolt so I called Scott to have educated about exactly what all was involved. He explained the what is, the hows and gave a quick quote on the price to me. . . .and that he was accessible on Sunday to take care of it. He had everything rekeyed and set up very quickly, came a couple of minutes early and walked through what was fresh and what was the exact same. . . .for the price he gave me. On-time on a Sunday - and a heck of a nice guy besides.

So, I jump on YELP and discover a nearby"HAPPILY-YELPED" company;"Lock N Roll". Scott's sole question is"when do you need me?" And, there he was, "poof". Not hoping to quick up-sell, over-sell type, efficient, and reasonably priced. How great is that? HIRE LOCK N ROLL LOCKSMITH.
No, really, HIRE THEM.
Woke up this morning rushing off to work. . .and then I see the open glove compartment in my automobile. . .look see and back of the broken glass, and the back window. . .grrr. . Where's my extra key to my residence? Not gonna lie, I was not a happy camper...

Scott out of Roll & Lock came out to rekey some guards and he was wonderful. Super nice, easy to speak to and did quality work economically and fast. He followed up later to ensure everything was working and said he would come out if we had some difficulties.

Great guy. He came out to repair our lock after another company screwed us over a bill and did not even fix the problem. Additionally when company x had been under the impression e had called Lock n Roll. So I phone lock in roll when I get to city and complain and collectively we discover really my husband called company X out of seattle but Scott the proprietor of Lock n Roll didn't need us to have a negative experience although his company never ever screwed us over. So he fixed another businesses failure came out and told me at the nation about regulation. Company X and I fighting to get my $400 back when lock and roll mended the problem saved the doorway gave us keys billed us under $100 and came out.
Scott spent so I could keep my home's aesthetic curb appeal three times rebuilding my lock and door handle. If I changed a door handle I would have changes every outside handle to fit. And because all of the handles at lowes were to little and you might see the paint I'd of had to paint the outside.

Scott from Lock N Roll Locksmiths is a true professional. He returned my call and came for our appointment on time. He re-keyed 3 residential locks. He was able to ensure the same key worked for locks. He cleaned and left no mess. The fee for the visit was the same as his quote. . .no surprises! We'd hire him ! I really liked professionalism, the workmanship, conversations and just all around feeling as it had been a friend coming over to fix something.
When he came, he worked quickly and had been right kind, on time. He had all of our locks re-keyed in half an hour and was able to give me great pointers for future screen door purchases.
So the locks needed to be re-keyed I just bought a new home it was a forclosure. It was getting late and I phoned Scott replied and roll, lock and within seconds set up an appointment for later that evening.
This place is highly recommended by me!

I had been having difficulty getting any local"recommended" locksmiths to call me or even give me an estimate about changing the lock on a front slider door to my mobile home. Scott in Lock N Roll called me and even came out on a Sunday. It was older , was a lock that is tricky and had issues, but he got it re-keyed and it works great! All for an awesome deal. I highly recommend this business.

I used Lock and Roll into five doors that were re-key in our home. I called to make an appointment and Scott showed up right on time. He was professional knowledgable and efficient. As every door has lever lock and a bolt the charge he charged was reasonable for the period of time he spent. I would advise Lock and Roll to anybody who needs a locksmith's services.

He had trouble figuring out the french door locks he needed to bring a locksmith out the next time, stating that he'd never noticed locks such as ours. This was interesting to me, these locks are commonplace and as I work for a large construction firm and basically that architects will spec. He damaged our garage door using a tool, gouging out the timber next to the lockand when he was finally done, I noticed the following: among the locks was extremely difficult to turn with the key (he told me that's how it was likely to be, however I have since talked to 2 other locksmiths that completely deny that claim; among the locks turns several occasions before participating (againhe informs me this is the way it's supposed to be); and the locks he installed were actually the wrong color (he installed without telling me and that I only noticed AFTER they had already taken a lot of hours to put in ). He told me he tried to order the color, but couldn't find it After I noticed the colour issue. I thought him, but have found the color was easy for another locksmith Scott from Roll & Lock purchased the wrong colour and probably hoped I wouldn't notice. Because this was the time he'd been there, and every time he was there for hours, I just wanted him out of the home.
Fast forward a couple of months since it simply doesn't turn and we have never been able to unlock our door. Secondarily, the garage door lock has busted and will not participate at all. Lastbut not least, I had Lee from Rapid Locksmith (who did a fantastic job - assess my review!) Changing the locks and asked him to look for the right color door locks and he managed to find them in less than a day.
As soon as I called Scott to see if he'd address these issues, he was initially fine, but when I pointed out that someone else found the correct color locks very easily, he got mad and combative, essentially telling me it was my fault as I should have reported the problems straight away. I told him, calmly, this issue was quite literally the least of my worries and I work 60 hours a week. He asked him to at least pay for the locks he'd incorrectly purchased and he refused, lying by stating he told my boyfriend ahead and that he had approved (my boyfriend disagrees with this assertion. Scott didn't have the opportunity to talk to anyone but me by the initial appointment onward). He continued to get more and more combative and hung up on me. I now have to employ another locksmith (Lee from Rapid Locksmith!) To correct all Lock & Roll's errors. I only hope this review saves someone in the same trouble.
My boyfriend contracted Lock & Roll to do a of the locks. The owner claimed that two of the five could not be re-keyed and needed to be special and needed to come out three times to re-key the five locks.
