Locks & Pulls Design Elements

I have never posted here before, but I was leery of going in, but I am glad that I did, after reading the negative Yelp testimonials of Locks and Pulls off Manchester.
Getting some ideas helped with knowing what to search for, but cabinet hardware is something you need to really see in person to make a determination, and that I sincerely recommend this store and the people working out there.
The store has an extensive collection (from middle of the road to very high end) and they'll allow you to check out (free of charge ) whatever you would like, to bring sample and home from the atmosphere and lighting of your own home.
To start with, I visited this store five times within the course of picking my kitchen cabinet hardware out and they couldn't have been more hospitable, kind and useful. A friendly gentlemen, and also I dealt with a knowledgeable older lady, whom I think is among the owners a younger girl, during my procedure and they couldn't have been more courteous and helpful every time. I read the reviews that stated and they simply did not add up. I went in expecting the worst and got the very best.

Perhaps not the friendliest folks in business. I purchased $170.00 value of merchandise and when I purchased, was told there wasn't a restocking fee when I changed my mind. Well, I found something that I liked on line. When return to pick up- and return- I was billed about $55.00 in restocking fees, anyhow. Not a good experience, never going back.

I had a horrible experience here. I went in to get 12 pulls and 40 knobs, looking to shell out and the woman I talked to couldn't have been more rude. She behaved impatient when I had only been with her for almost 5 minutes and spoke me to like I was an idiot. I am not used to interactions like this so I was very taken back. I feel the woman I spoke to was the owner too. They lost my business indefinitely.

I had a great encounter with Pulls & Locks. We're building a house and I needed to swap the builder grade hardware to get beautiful bits . An associate helped me pick a customized mix of wonderful hardware in the ideal sizes, and there sat down for quite some time, evaluated the cabinet/vanity dimensions and other design components in our house together. My order arrived in the 2 week interval that was guaranteed, and that which was tagged and organized obviously by Locks & Pulls. The cost was also fair. I recommend.

My experience was fabulous here. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and was helped right away. Because I'm unfamiliar with the many different options, the level of knowledge and experience the woman had serving me was appreciated. Thank you!

Fantastic Place to go! Wife bought knobs and pulls to get our furniture. People were very helpful and kind. They let's take samples so we can figure out what we wanted. A little on the costly side... however you pay for everything you get. Its high quality, professional staff, and we feel great about the purchase! I recommend this place!

I Discovered the service at this store to be rude and unhelpful, go someplace else

I'm utilize Locks and Pulls and a designer and adore them! Although Heather is my usual go to girl Each and every employee is friendly, helpful and filled with knowledge. Selection together with the ability to purchase more than what is on display. Check these out!

Rudest clerk I have interacted with. I was the only person in the store and was inquiring questions that are reasonable and simple. She appeared annoyed along with her tone could not have been rude and condescending. I was taken aback in her treatment that was terrible which I walked out without putting the order I'd planned to put.

That is the only store in the city to shop if anyone desires any sort of decorative hardware, or new drawer pull. They offer the very best lines and a few of the most creative.
The sales professionals are truly that,"specialist". They wants and listen to your needs and direct you to satisfy your dreams.
This place is amazing! The choice is over whelming, I felt like a child. It was a great shopping experience, After I received my focus.

Overpriced by a lot! The latch I obtained was cheap looking and did not do the job. Should have been $3 not $30. :-/. I won't be going back, although it was the one I ordered.
But they have a big choice if you're looking for something particular. The shop is clean and the workers were fine.

They've a collection of Cabinet Hardware but their rates are Marked up Over 300%. A current bid for $20K of high end cabinet hard for our residence was way overpriced. I was able to purchase hardware that is specific for $ 8K, that's evidence of the price gouging!!! at a Lexington Ave retailer in New York city
