Person on the telephone was happy to tell me that they charge $29 for the support call $25 for the labour and after that wouldn't even attempt to try to give me any sort of ballpark figure on what it might cost to get a rekey or creating a new key to get a home lock. She kept saying that it depended upon the lock. Obviously I get that but I'm not going to ship out their support person and they lost my business due to the vagueness of this chance of what that cost may be. $500? Are we talking $1,000? I told her it was a home Sledge door lock but still no ballpark figure of what it would cost. She'd offer to get her support person call me in their way out to give me some type of ballpark figure but I don't need a ballpark figure when they're scheduled to come out I want to understand the ballpark figure to choose whether I need them to emerge.
