Locksmith Bethesda

My wife had her car keys accidentally locked within her vehicle and called that support. They quoted her a price of $60 and it literally took a moment to them to unlock the vehicle. As soon as they unlocked the vehicle, the locksmith requested a cover of $205 or $150 in cash when she must use a charge card. She tried to describe the sum was $60 but the locksmith insisted on cash or 205 credit. My wife was with our infant and since it was day hours, she had no option but to cover the 205 and get home safe. We later tried to speak to the company, called them around 15-20 times and they would either wrapped up on us or put us on hold for 30-40 minutes then suddenly hang up or they would move us to some voicemail and we never got a call back from them. They had been uncooperative wth us we had to dispute the transaction. Very unprofessional and fraudulent company I would stay away from. They'll rip off your money and never give you a chance to speak with a customer support representative. Essentially day light robbery and crystal clear cut case of fraud I wonder how they're still in business.
