The gentleman was informed by me on the line concerning the miscommunication which had taken place earlier in the week. Knowing up the mix, he informed me it would be about a 40 minute wait and dispatched a tech out.
I called originally simply to find an estimate. The operator was very pushy and sent a technician to my property (after being told there was no one there).
The tech called upon his arrival and was very professional. Since they (the company employees) do not wear uniforms Jamal provided me his permit as evidence of identity. Jamal worked hard and quickly. While doing this, he also took time to describe to me in detail exactly the task he was doing (which can be a big plus in my book). In this scenario I'd say customer service was a plus!
I called the business a couple days later to program ceremony and that I was rather shocked to hear my address had been noticed as"failure to reveal".
I attempted to use the voucher I'd bought from yelp which appeared to cause a bit of confusion but we worked out in due time. Outside of the hiccups experienced via this job I was overall pleased.
I was moved around and I called the customer support and hung up . I attempted second time and that I had been brushed off with moving.
The locksmith didn't inform us the gain in the charge and arrived and observed the lock and proceed to open the lock.
Watch out.
In the conclusion of support, we were quoted by the locksmith $135. We asked why and he instantly lowered the cost to $100.
Business customer service attitude, and technician.
Came about 45 minutes after I called, charged $180 all-in to replace my permanently locked entrance door on a Sunday. Minus one star because he did not wash up after himself and left dust and screws on the ground.
This is a store. They don't have a physical store. Might need to phone them for whatever and they'll send a tech out. For not having precise information disappointed. Should not have put a non present physical address if there is no store! But, 3 stars instead of 1 because the person on the phone was polite and tried to help.
