I called Matt to rekey the locks in my house since they were different and some didn't have keys. He worked was punctual, friendly and did a great job. My door lock'd gotten hard to turn and he made sure before he left that it worked for me. If I need a locksmith, I will call him.
Yes! I called Matt when my kitty secured itself and he got her out and fixed the door from the call over 40 minutes! I will call him again. Rescue Matt!
I called Matt and instantly liked his voice that was friendly and valued that I got to talk with him, not an answering machine. I explained our predicament and he said he would be there in thirty minutes. Less than a half an hour later, he was our condominium and working around the lock. He even got us back and also made us 2 keys. He was a truly full service locksmith, professional, and also friendly. I couldn't have been more happy with him. I won't ever use another locksmith again and will recommend him to anyone I know.
I've used a couple of distinct locksmiths in the past. None of the other guys compare to the customer service I got with Matt. Matt was the best with my pets although I worry about my animals.
