STAY AWAY! I requested that a locksmith come out to remove/replace 2 deadbolts and install a deadbolt on a door. The'locksmith' stated that he would utilize MulTLock brand locks, but utilized a Chinese knockoff called'Kenaurd' instead. During carelessness, this so-called'locksmith' damaged one of my door frames. The locksmith drilled holes did not bother to install attack plates and to the other two locks. The locksmith told me that attack plates weren't needed since the guards were of high quality and strength when I questioned him about this. I had been billed $349 apiece but later found them online for costs ranging from $39 to $65. Charge with this shoddy work was $1,500. Lesson learned: go. These guys are fakes and should be shut down. Don't be fooled by all of the bogus testimonials that artificially pump up this firm's score. Learn from my mistake and find a reputable, licensed attorney to work on car your house or business.

Do not use the guys. $200 to use 2 air bags to prop my door enough to roll the window down. I get it is for locking my keys in my 13, my fault but this company takes advantage of you. They inform you service charge on that telephone but do not tell you that the price till they get there. I feel robbed.

Here really is the worst service I have ever experienced. I have never been so disrespected. I would, if I could give them zero stars. For unlocking my car that was totally fine, I got a first quote. The service person shows up and tells me it will be $150 so put an airbag in my window and unlock it in 2 mins, so naturally I spoke down. So he made my car unlocked and I requested him to hold my hood open while I attached the battery (5 mins at most) and he said yes that's fine. Today for my payment, I went in my house and grabbed my handbag and realized I left my wallet in my roommates. I told me that my roommate will be here in 15 mins and went and spoke to him and he proceeded to tell me that I would be then charged to sit for 15 mins. He also locked my car while I was indoors while my car was operating and refused to unlock it. What exactly the thing he could've done was this, although at this stage I was irritated. Then he proceeded to ask me to get favors rather than payment, I've have never felt so disgusted. I called the firm who refused to do anything about it and instantly locked myself in my house. Not only did I have to pay $180 for this man to unlock my car I was also disrespected at the most terrible way in the process. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
