This place would deserve it, When there was a means to give stars. This is. We locked our keys in our car and called the number and within a matter of minutes a man shows up, unlocks the car in 3 minutes and fees $150 if we were quoted $50.
We're trying to dispute the charges with the corporation. Fortunately our credit card company is willing to work with us and assist dispute the fees.
Stay away from locksmith-pros. Internet

This place is a entire scam. Do not use them. First, they were late to appear. I needed to inform them three times that I needed they still kept asking me what type of car that I drive because they have poor internal communication and a doorway in my apartment unlocked. The guy explained it was 85 to pick the AFTER he had picked it , and then spent one minute to pick the lock came. Drills or no special tools were used. Don't believe their claims that they've prices that are unbeatable. When I called the office to dispute the purchase price, the girl was absolutely no assistance on the phone was very rude, understood nothing and ended up hanging up on me. Do not give these scammers a penny of your money.

Hence that the battery died in my keyless entry and we had been locked out. Locksmith pro showed up in my hunt using a $35 beginning fee for House and also the service call although I should have done more study and they said they are there right away so I brought out them and just went ahead. The guy shows up shorts and a unmarked van, no name badge, no IDnothing. Did not even introduce himself just said"locksmith." Appears at the lock and says $70 and the service call. I asked why it had been double what was recorded online and he said"I got to have paid for my labour." It took him to pop the lock, so it doesn't appear it was complicated, once he set his stuff. He said he would email me some thing later, when he was done he did not appear to wish to give me a bill. I wasn't going to cover with no bill so he wrote one out. The title on the bill did say locksmith pro. He seemed shady I paid in money because I did not want him to have my credit card number. Took me three calls back to locksmith pro to get a supervisor. They stated they use contractors that aren't required to have uniforms, badges, ID or anything else. It didn't sound like anybody pays the 35 they have recorded on their site. They saw nothing with their contractor's unprofessionalism and was this is the grade of service they consistently provide. I'd break a window and then have the window repaired before utilizing these people again. Should you call them program to double what they estimate and possibly think about installing a new security system when they are done...

This is a company. They prey on people in demanding situations. All three people I spoke with, including the guy to come out and unlock the vehicle, were apathetic at best. They claim 15 arrival time from when you schedule, however it was closer to 35 minutes, along with a total of 20 minutes and an hour later I called. They kept telling me that a tech will be calling"within a few minutes", and I had to keep calling back every 20 minutes to check up. They came out (late), spent THREE MINUTES to the vehicle door with a blood pressure tote, and charged $110. They stated the time doesn't matter, it's the tool. And they explained that tool is absolutely the most common used in car lockouts. The customer service woman escalated the call where we were both audibly angry, then hung me up when I called to talk about them overcharging and preying on my wife. I called back and spoke to a man who had been calmer, but he still obviously didn't want to answer my own questions and didn't care.
