It stinks when he's one of the only men that are honorable around that his business name was . I am a man, I was not paid, the ceremony was not totally free, I paid full price, he didn't request me to write this review. THE BEST!
This man is at my apartment inside 15 minutes. On the westside! He was really friendly and got my door open! $85 is your premium that you pay for emergency services. It was quick and painless as possible.

I am paranoid about locksmiths. I have been scammed TWICE for these. I ask to get a quote in writing saying"no additional charges" and let them know that I'm prepared to call the authorities should the contract be broken. This man... accepted. That was surprising from whatever call center since they hang they're in.
They discuss Provo Utah! Please proceed with this company. It's been less than 45 minutes because I originally contacted him. So fast!

My spouse was locked out of our home today with our 8 month old baby, because our deadbolt had a broken tailpiece. Lock sent over a guy by the name of Shawn who spoke very little English according to my spouse. Before he began working, he did not quote her a price. He drilled the deadbolt, did not clean up, billed her 263.00 and walked off. I called him to inquire about the labour involving clean up and he told me he was not a janitor and I really could do it my self. So now I metal shards everywhere and have a deadbolt inside with hole. This business is a scam do not utilize them.

Steven was wonderful! I had never locked myself out of my flat before, like ever! When I do laundry yesterday it happened to me. It was super fast and happy that he managed to come especially on a Sunday! Unsure about the negative reviews but they helped out big time! THANK YOU!!! Although I don't lock myself but highly recommend them to others!

He swipes it takes you card and returns it. He hurries back to his own and then unlocks your car. You ask him to please give you a receipt before he goes. He claims he emails you and forgot. He is stalled by you till you have the email and find your card charged.
If you would like then telephone magic locksmith! Service telephone advertised on the web. Make the telephone! Then the kind lady on the phone tells you that you will be told by the locksmith what he wishes to bill you when he gets there.
He arrives and tells you it is going to be a total of $100. As your hungry baby cries in your arms you say"no that's too much that I can not do this". He lowers it. No I can not do this that is way too much." He states"$50 is the cheapest I can go". Your baby screams, you feel frustration and you also agree.
If you live in Provo search for this red-headed white man locksmith from this low life companion. And if you ever find yourself locked out, locate someone other!

Wow ANY key can be copied by this man you may need! Was helpful and got all 9 of my forms that are important for just $30! Frankly this is the key shop I've been desperately looking for:)

$839 vs. $88. . .ridiculous. When I called to report this back to them, the customer service girl hung up and laughed . I feel sorry for anybody who falls due to their price scam.
We had another company, After that day. . .they fixed the lock to get a grand total of 88, without the need to change keys or the whole lock.
While this provider IS available 24/7 and they are able to send out a technician within a timeframe that is reasonable, the entire issue is a joke. The technician (he never gave me his name) didn't even try the key in the lock to see for himself exactly what was wrong. He said that the whole thing has to be replaced and since there are front and back gates with the same key we would have to replace. I almost laughed before the fear in that this may be possible sunk. I paid the $15 technician fee and sent him on his way.
ZERO stars. This company is a complete scam and I intend to report them. I will sayI am not a Yelp reviewer and have scoffed at reviews as people who have time on their hands. . .well let me tell you, I have not been more eager to write a review than today.

Made a call to correct lock that was broken our apparatus. They came within a quarter hour. Steve was great. He found our toilet knob was put in backwards. Fixed everything

Overall scam. Don't use these scam artists. Gave my daughter her apartment door to be unlocked by a quote of $50. Locksmith then told my daughter along with her roommate and had the door they owed him $175, but he'd take $115 CASH.

After having the worst series of luck one may encounter, including a shattered iPhone, lost wallet, and car key, I phoned Steve in Magic Locksmith to bring a light. He answered and within 30 was my automobile ( 2011 LEXUS CT 200H ) and replaced my key for a very reasonable $300+tax. Not only was that his price lower than many I predicted, he came to me. Thanks Steve and the Magic Locksmith team! Will use again.

We'll utilize his services from today on. His work is highly recommended by me.
We had an amazing experience last night. He helped us secure it and patch a doorway, drilled and installed a new deadbolt, came in, and did it all. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and really did a job that is clean .

I will not be having a locksmith again but I know I'll definitely be calling Steve when I do.
He was professional fast and friendly! He even made us a copy of our house keys directly from the rear of his van that took less than 1 minute.
Only locked myself out of my flat to the 3rd time in two months... Frantically searched for a locksmith that has been 24/7 and Steve promptly came to the rescue.

TOTAL SCAM! Because my key broke in the lock, I locked myself outside of my home. Their site advertised a service telephone charge plus a foundation $35 fee for lockouts. The technician from the get go had a mindset and was impolite and came. It took all of 4 minutes to him to get the key that was broken out and said it'd be 90! This was the possible endeavor that is easiest and their foundation lockout right was presumed to be 35. He wrote me a receipt and I called the number to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor was even MORE impolite than the first man and completely unhelpful. I will never use this company !

Stay away do not use it. It is all lie. They print low Prices and does not give quotes and charge high prices later on

Worst locksmith each! It took an extremely long time to them to arrive and once he got the door open he billed the door to open even though the costs on the website were lower at around 35. I won't ever use this company they're a bunch of scam artist. He broke the lock on the door opening and still made us pay damn near 300 for it. I would give this negative stars if I could wouldn't recumbent unless you like being scammed.

This firm is a scam. On the phone that they offered me. I waited 1 hour for service. They were rude and whined! I won't ever call these people ! TOTAL SCAM!

Quoted service charge and $35 for lock, that mine has been, the inner that is simple, no drilling lock to house from garage. CHARGED $125, way over quote. The quote was DISHONSET although I should have shopped.

I've never needed to get guards changed before so this was a brand new experience for me personally. Steve answered all of my questions and was very patient. This business was chosen by me based on their Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I managed to schedule same day service, and the full procedure (10 locks) was completed within a hour promised.
I can not talk for the pricing as like I mentioned it was my first time so I don't have anything to compare it to.

This place is rip off. Had a ceremony completed, $280 charged. Advertisement says $15 and will take a credit card. When they arrivethey state no credit card cash and way over charged because they understand that you require the support straight away.

Steve was fast to respond, knowledgable and really helpful. Overall great service and experience.

Called a lot of locksmiths in our area and found Steve in Magic Locksmith to be the most enjoyable and reasonably priced. He arrived at our house to install a deadbolt that was new and door handle to the front door of our 1962 home. Steve was a professional and knew exactly what to do. He worked quickly with precision.
We were pleased with Steve's work that we requested him install our new door handles and to make us some keys. If you're looking for honest work, would certainly recommend these guys. We are pleased with the work.
