I had an entirely positive experience with Ara and his associates! They have been prompt in responding to my inquiry, where it is functioned effectively to provide what service was needed, and the locks needed to be installed in surveying fast.
Will use them again! 5/5 stars!

Little store, beats on the idiotic auto-key machine that didn't work in the grocery store, or attempting to get assistance from home depot. Fantastic service and selection!

Great and service. I called areas to get a quote for a trilogy lock installation and Magnolia Park Lock Shop was the only store that sounded professional on the telephone and gave me a more cost that was sensible. Ara was the individual that set up our lock and I have to say he did a job. Thank you

Professional and support. Quality notch in the field because I really don't understand anything about my front door and locks was created in the 1950s along with the bolt had to be long unlike standard front doors. The guy was kind and professional. He corrected the loose door knob panel which wasn't on the work call.

All I could say is that this shop saved my day. I had a key made asap and traveled from out of town. I moved to a different lock shop in town and it was a joke.
This is going to be if I'm ever in the area to.

$10 minimum for card charges. Consequently, they'll do the job, but to get keys will probably end up costing you twice as long once you have to get money.

Fantastic service and even better deals. Called them call before closing time on a Friday. They set up a deadbolt, showed up over 10 minutes, rekeyed a bunch of different locks, and made copies. They charged me less than they quoted.

The 1940s house's front door locks that no longer functioned and has not worked in years. Vintage locks might seem cool but these weren't. It is a new season, so time for a new beginning, so I called Magnolia Park Lock Shop to see if they can install hardware that is new . Phillip asked me to send pics of the locks along with also the new ones we bought, and over Mike, he delivered after a few hours to do the work. Same day! Wow. I had been impressed. It was a challenging endeavor, despite the way chewed the frame was up, but Mike was up making century hardware and locks work onto our solid wood door. Mike worked problem-solved on site, allowing us to roll out the mat again through the door. The cost: $85/hour.

Our deadbolt key was missing for years and before I left the choice to go purchase a completely new deadbolt I found these awesome men!! Rose was quite helpful and sweet when I predicted. Not only from buying a new one, could she save me about $30 bucks, she managed to re-key my lock and provide me with copies that are fresh! The gentlemen I picked it up very sweet as well! I can now feel a little bit more safe and comfortable once I set the lock back ! Thanks guys!!

THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE MOST SHADIEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I sent a pic of a lock that I needed repaired to have a quote. They never called me to give me a quotation or to set up an appointment. Hours asked that we cover them and after one of the technicians showed up. I didn't need the lock fixed any more and frankly I don't even understand what would go on in their minds to think it's ok to show up without a confirmation or an appointment. They left a bill for about $130 for labor that they never did and for showing up. I phoned and spoke to the same individual which I'm assuming is the owner to inquire why it'd be ok for them to show and bill me when the whole time he was supposed to call back with a quotation before we went forward and set the support call. He asked that I pay the invoice and said asking and calling for a quotation is similar to a service call and they did not need to call back with the quotation. Obviously I will not pay for something I did request. With this service how can people even expect locks to be changed by you in their house?!?!

I had a bad experience on this place! All I needed were a couple copies of keys made. I moved here. They said they didn't have copies to be made by the kind of keys in stock, however they could be ordered by them. I informed them I could not wait. But they said"ordering them" would just take a few hours, and my copies will be ready by the end of the workday. GREAT! Well... 5pm comes and goes and I call to get an ETA. Not only do they never give me one... they haven't even gotten my keys in stock. But they would call me back when they were done making my copies and said they would have them SOON. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. I called back a couple times, each time requesting an 17, the next day. They kept pushing back the time they said they would have them further and further back... rather than calling me back. Finally -- after over 24 hours of this place having my keys (they said initially it would be just two hours) I just went there and picked up my keys. I walked down the street to the DIY shop and they left me a couple copies in MINUTES! (The DIY place could not create all them because a lot of them said'do not replicate,' but doesn't look like their error .) It took over 24. And I just got so fed up I left empty handed in terms of copies and proceeded to go pick up my original keys.

Wow, I was tired of the worn out lock, thought we needed to substitute, but ends up a fast service and it works like new. I called, they gave me a time frame on precisely the afternoon and showed up right away. The service took all of 15 minutes and the price was fair. I will definitely recommend them and will continue to keep their number.

Magnolia Park Lock is Your best!!! They made an specific replica of my car key and it works great. Didn't need to spend an arm and a leg and visit the dealer so I save big bucks.

Ended up charging me double. Never informed me would be billed extra. I contested. They insisted. whatever. Unprofessional top to bottom. There are better, cheaper locksmiths in the region. Prevent this place.

Needed a copy of the keys and they're useful in replicating the keys.
Would highly recommend this place.

I went to 3 other places seeking to receive my keys copied....simple sufficient right? So wrong...two of the places didn't exist and one of these was closed, so I went back the following day and closed again though obviously within business hours.

Frustrated and down to the cable with a roomie moving in which needed a I discovered magnolia park lock shop. The gentleman who assisted me was welcoming and approachable and had my perfect small keys ready in a matter of two or a moment.
