Very unhelpful on the telephone and rude. Wasn't from place and tried to spell out the resort I was and that he was rude and really unprofessional. Kept telling me that I was wrong and there was no way where I stated I was, I was. Lost my business
The proprietor is extremely rude!!!!! I called to get a quotation and has been given different rates. You'll know he's the owner consistently and because he has a Yankee accent answers. Guess nobody will work for him because he's so rude! They were the price of their competitors. Since I changed of him coming to change my locks the afternoon, In addition, he gave me a hard time. When I confronted himhe actually hung up on me! Save time and your money!
