The man was punctual and professional. He installed the lock noted the lock hole was cut originally larger than needed (I'd also seen this with all the prior lock). I asked what we can do and He recommended a plate. If he'd wait whilst I hurried into Lowes and he said he was OK performing this I inquired. He then installed the extra plate and cut me 3 keys. I'm extremely happy with the service obtained.
The guy from Mark's Bros Locksmith was proactive to tell us how much time it would be till he came. Texted to let us know he showed up and also was on his way when he said he'd. He got the job and was professional! I would strongly recommend his services.
I called needing a locksmith to switch out locks (which I'd already purchased) in the home I recently purchased. There was rates at which roughly $29 + to the work I wanted and a fee just to come out. I said okay. I then got a call later stating he'd be in 30 minutes to me. A hour showed up. He gave his name and he arrived. He arrived and I showed him that the doors where the locks necessary to be altered. He took two minutes and wrote a $200 tried and invoice to get me to sign it. I advised him I would need to receive my boyfriend to agree to the price and he just kept forcing me to sign the bill. Meanwhile, his partner had taken the open bundle that contained my keys and locks and put the components on my kitchen table. I kept explaining that I wasn't keen to pay the $200 and he jumped to attempt to negotiate pricing at one point asking me what I could afford because he had been ready to do the job.I explained to him exactly what had been explained to me on the phone and that I would choose the estimate and think about the task when my boyfriend got home. Why I wasn't told the price on the phone when I 15, he questioned. I needed to explain again I was told no mention of $200, $25 and $29. He was pushy and very aggressive and I suggested that I just went to put his associate out of my house and him. He agreed to take the 25. I paid him, they left. I noticed my new keys were lost and proceeded to check on the locks. I hadn't found them and spent about 30 minutes. The locksmith was called by me back and he exclaimed every one of the components were on the table and that I need to take my time and find my keys. Searched another 30 minutes and called the dispatcher describing my keys had been misplaced. Call me back and he was to call the locksmith. An hour+ has passed and still nothing. Horrible support.
