DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you like giving away your money.
I am giving one beginning because I can not give them zero to this company. Their customer services is non existent. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with a manager and"she is" never in the workplace and also the email they gave me for her does not work.
I called so I had to replace it because my front door fell apart. They quoted me $19 for the house call and whatever the lock's cost would be. My husband was the one in the home at the time that they came out to change the lock and he did not understand what pricing I had been awarded, so he paid the man. As soon as I got home I found the invoice for $245.00. I looked up the deadbolt's version and the cost was $16 at Home Depot.
