Don't get fooled by the scumbags you call they tell you it is $29 plus service fee and the service fee turns out to be $100 last time I have locked out it was just $65 to get back in precisely the same car and they told me everything you have special locks it is a fucking mazda. There is no special locks. The actual locksmith came with a piece of mindset and open my work car charge $129 plus tax fuck the company those men are S scumbags
This Location IS AWFUL. I talked with a representative named Nicole and let's know because it was installed, my lock is broken after just 3 weeks. She informed me that my warranty expired 2 days and that I might have to cover an entirely new lock and support fee to get it replaced. I asked for some help with the circumstance and requested to speak with her boss. She was rude and got aggravated and that I let her know that the customer support I was getting was horrible. She hung up on me...
My neighbor got locked out of the home and used my phone. $25 for home phone... Guy says $300 to drill out lock... Subsequently gets it open with Skeleton crucial for $150. The job got done, but this company is sort of like the firms that tow cars in Miami... like f'n vultures... Waiting to swoop down on their prey.
Don't use them. Our door lock broke and walked away. That they refused to provide their mailing address or the name of their manager when I called the company to report the service. When I called for support they said they accepted credit cards but ultimately would only accept cash.
