Mitchell Lock

My locks fell off and a few hours later, I received a call letting me know they were completed. WOW! It is very tricky to find service oriented organizations such as Mitchell Lock anymore. I am so glad I chose to take my business there. Far better than any ORANGE or BLUE giant box store.
I visited their website and I knew just how much it would cost and they could do the job.
Do I purchased a wanted to get them keyed alike and locks. I had a fairly poor experience with a large retailer (orange) and did not wish to try that path again. Instead I reached out to a family friend and he recommended Mitchell Lock.

Excellent support! This is actually the first time I felt like reviewing a corporation. The technician was professional, polite and friendly. They were able to give me an appointment immediately without making it an"emergency call" and my two locks are fixed. I and my family are once again secure. Thank you a lot of Mitchell Lock!

The technology that came on site was Tom, and he was phenomenal! He was quite nice and quite professional. He have a look at the door and arrived, then recommended that instead of replacing the door paddle, to replace the entire system that was locking. I went forward and gave the okay to try it, and he got started. He made sure that I was aware that the current hardware we'd on the door wasn't compatible with the door. It didn't take him long to fix this, and the door now works! I appreciate everything they do, and the attention that they provide to their customers.
Once I came in to work, I discovered a door lock that has been busted this morning. It was so I phoned the guys at Mitchell Lock. The lady that I spoke to was quite professional. She informed me that she would have a technician out to my office this day, and that has been okay. So that people would not attempt to go through it from the 21, I put a note.
