Worst company ever!!! It started off with the phone call and you can't understand. I told them I would need to pay by phone because I was not with the car, so that they were SUPOSE to email me a form to sign and send back, they said I need to have it within 5 minutes, 45 minutes later I called back and said I did it catch it. Was on hold but it was eventually sent by them. When I opened it they WANTED A COPY OF MY LICENSE AND A PICTURE OF MY CREDIT CARD FRONT AND BACK. I called and said I was not comfortable with that and when the project got done they could call and I'd give them the information. So I called unhappy, at 12 they still had not shown up and they stated they would possess the technician call me. I waited and nothing whatsoever! So I am angry at this point , I cancel and call the apt. As soon as I hung up he predicted. I told him not to come. I CALLED 24 HOUR LOCKSMITH they stated they could get someone out immediately and spoke English. Very professional and pleasant. THANK GOODNESS THEY DO NOT HAVE MY CARD INFORMATION!!! Scam artist !!!!! I TAKE BACK MY REFERRAL FOR 24 HOUR LOCKSMITH! THEY HAD TO ORDER A PART WHICH WAS IS THAT THEY SAID THE PART WOULD BE IN They'd BE AT MY HOUSE BY 1:00 AND TODAY AT NOON. It's now no sign of these and 3:12!!!!! Ugg WHY CANT PEOPLE DO WHAT THEY SAY THEIR GOING TO DO????

Yes, they wouldn't and they shouldn't because the business is dishonest. Never again. They can get you automobile and auto model over the phone. On top of it I threatened felt unsafe, and bullied into paying them. Nothing to pay type of treatment, although I got them down some. I hope others can be warned and prevent this Company
Total scam! They try to hook you up with a $35 beginning fee plus the beginning fee. Then once they're there they rates that are ASTRONOMICAL bill. He advised me $200 for my vehicle.
I cancelled on the spot saying I could manage it. He became dizzy, abruptly requesting a bogus $45 cancellation fee they stated or never promoted on the phone. I wouldn't have it. Upon asking how they get away with such hook and switch tactics, he stated"when we told clients it might go up to $300 they would never use us!"

Worst service that I ever had! They said you can pay with cash, card or charge card but after they finished the job it's 5-10% of their prices if you pay with card! Nathan were exactly what we had! And he said they do not care about wev or the bad reviews! Don't use their services!
I just offer them 1 star because you can speed it 0!

I wish I could give 1/2 star. I call, lock to be changed by 15 35, for review. Sounded fair. Within an hour there was a knock on the door and this douche bag wearing Cammo leggings a affliction shirt gold chain and a Bluetooth ear piece shows up. He looks at the lock and states"it will be 165.00" exactly what?!? Get out of my home, he says"pay me 120 money and I will do it" I said"what part of get out did you not get?!?" Well there's still 15 inspection fee....good luck collecting that. Worst company ever

By beginning the rating yelp, is helping this kind of scam shop. It should start from 0. I read all comments under, all the users who rated 1 star, struck the exact same problem as I did. Rest 5 stars and 4 stars may be the fortunate one or their relatives. Here is my story. I had been in midtown, got locked out of my car. I called AAA, they supplied the quote of 50$ and can arrive in 30 minutes. They were told by me , lemme phone locksmith. I called them, a lady answered my phone. I asked her and told my scenario, if she could match the price or lower. She said it will be approximately 45$ and can arrive in 20 minutes. I said ok. There arrived A lady after 40 minutes and looked my car and said 65 $. She said I am an independent worker and will take 65$. So, locksmith was predicted by me . Now, the same lady said 20$ will be added extra for shit. I told her no, we had a bargain at 45$. She said she can give $5 reduction. I'd no choice. I had been functioning and needed to cover 65 $ and gave some tips as well because she was sweet. However, I'll recommend to not use their's support that they stinks. Luckily, it was just 20$ increment.

We'd never use this company again. They use advertisements and are dishonest. I was quoted $15.00 service telephone & locks start at $35.00. The manager called me back 3x days with a reduced price. We agreed to a price settling to cover more than we've ever paid before for the exact same service. Can NEVER use or recommend Mobile Locksmith Shopthey take advantage and lie to you.

I wish I could provide negative stars but that is not an option. It had been an emergency, so I had to have to work and I simply thought quickly although I wish I'd came to these reviews before I phoned them. . .the prices that are quoted are bogus. The man said that I had a"special" kind of unlocking process that required him to put blood pressure cuffs..yes, you heard me into my door cracks and then pump the door frame open. He said that this was a cost of $110 and was to pay their liability if something. Bull. 30 seconds later I'm saddled with the $110 PLUS the service fee. I had been told that because I was paying with a credit cardthere would be an additional fee that was 12%. I just want it over with this that I concur although I'm heated by this stage. Correct me if I'm wrong but 110+15= 125 right?? 12% of 125 is $15.00. . .right?? 125+15= 140....RIGHT??!! Why did they charge my card for $145.00. This place sucks, but you know what? I STRONGLY believe in karma and people are being done to by them will come back back to each and each of them.

Never use these guys. Overall screw job. They're listed as a 24/7, quick service locksmith. So- matter, buyer beware: when you employ an emergency locksmith, then you are kind of at their mercy. You're going to overpay- however this was nuts. I'll never do it. Just needed two or three doorways. Changed out door and bolt locks (not exactly what I asked for). The invoice was outrageous except I paid it, that it was foolish. I did not expect this much of a scam, although I knew going in it would be a twist job. NEVER USE THESE GUYS. Make a couple of calls In case you have to use a 24/7 locksmith. I didn't. I simply wanted I set up myself for BS and this done. These people shouldn't be in company - span. I suspect they approach this as screwing one customer at a time, knowing they will never hear from that customer - they simply get what they can. Not a fantastic means to do biz. I have a business that does have to replace locks in our centers frequently throughout the year (as employees come and go). We have a normal guy who does a fantastic job but has been out of town. This firm - the screwjob locksmith- could've walked into some steady organization. I'm writing here telling you to AVOID them. Period.
