Quick, accommodating, quality service. They do their very best to work with your schedule and provide. If your need is urgent they can definitely accommodate you. This morning, I called and they were to our flat to replace our deadbolt.
I'd make them the first call for any locksmith requirements.
They are fair as well. No push for an up charge. No unnecessary repairs or replacements. The locksmith that came out for us this time made sure our deadbolt couldn't be mended prior to suggesting a new one is purchased by us.

Company that is terrible, I was locked out of my apt and has been told there could a tech could get into my home in half an hour. 30 minutes after I got a call from a company that said they would be there in 25 minutes and just got the job. 30 minutes later, after many calls, I was told that the tech got a flat tire and they'd send another tech that would get there in, you guessed it, 30 minutes. Found a company that delivered somebody in 15. Will never use this company again.

Overall price for me was approximately 200 even.
Great men and women. I bought a house in JC and they re secured, re keyed and gave me 5 copies of the key in less than 1 hour. Is super fine and fast.

Monaco Lock is as good as it gets. Big thanks to Ed who came out. Ed came by immediately in the time we put up and altered 3 distinct pair of locks (2 with deadbolts) and created numerous copies. He helped us secure a window that wasn't properly coordinated and gave us methods to protect against any window burglaries and travelled above + outside. All of the work took more than 2 hours and the price was fair.

I needed a deadbolt for my recently purchased apt. They and called Monaco said they can install it that day. The tech came on time and immediately set up the mess cleaned up and was done in 30 minutes. Brian, the technology, was very nice and courteous. Perfect. Cost wasn't cheap but was what I expected. I recommend Monaco Luck.

The dealership tried to gouge me by charging $25 to get a car key backup (no microchip, only a plain key). Monaco did not have the ideal size but they ordered it, and billed me several dollars for a important copy a few days after if they noticed how much I'd be billed. These are my new locksmiths.

Recently used Monaco Lock to set up a keyless entry. They were priced and professional. They arrived as promised and conveyed through telephone and email.

I adore these guys, anytime day or nite, they open your door safely and not over charge you and will take that tool.

Informed them I lost they key on a disk and called lock I needed it broken open and had on my storage device. They could not come until Monday. They could not give me a moment. Monday we played phone tag all day and they were able to meet with a time well for me. It took 5 minutes to drill the lock off. $75. I'm uncertain how much stuff like this price, but it seems expensive to me. However he took.
