Went done. It is customer friendly. This is a shop for related thing. So the owner is knowledgeable. It's really pretty hard to a just shops now.

Recently purchased a home in Monrovia had to change the locks. The owners had for each door, so I wanted to re-key each door to ensure my family only had to take one key. I enjoy supporting local businesses and found Monrovia Lock Shop on Yelp. So that I set up an appointment was useful over the phone and rates that are offered. The proprietor, darrell, walked the house with me, scrutinizing the several doors and arrived in his mobile lock shop. He was courteous and professional throughout the appointment. He made a few minor adjustments to help my locks open and close more and lubricated my locks. Darrell billed a fee for his service, and worked efficiently and quickly. My family is safe and happy knowing that we have locks that are and we appreciate the convenience of only having to carry a single key to open all of them. Thanks!

I've a custom entrance door which had a issue. Daryl clarified that he does not have access to the parts and came out. He steered me and Michelle at Emtek was exceptionally accommodating. She said day she would send out the parts and also can replace the parts myself. That service by all involved.

Oh my goodness! Darrell and Louis made it easy to get my workplace rekeyed. I sent a photo of the doorknob so they could see what sort of lock mechanism to them it had been, then 1/2 an hour later they were in my door and rekeyed my workplace. This company that is honest allow me to know my doorlock was approximately $250 for a replacement, but they could rekey it. I love that because in company, every penny counts! I strongly recommend this business to all.

Really friendly locksmith, he arrived on time and helped us change all the locks. Unbeknownst to me, one of those doors was somewhat crooked and he helped fix that also without me asking! He even gave us hints on the best way best to fix the scrapping on the door's bottom. He was nice and super professional and got the job done in no time. I highly recommend him!

I would if I could give 10 stars to this company. The proprietor left and my locks are functioning . He had been on time, very professional and attentive to detail. What good is a fantastic security system if your locks are screwy? We feel much more secure now. Surely would suggest them.
